A display device and a screen anti-peeping device are provided. The display device includes a display panel and the screen anti-peeping device. The display panel includes at least one bonding area, wherein the bonding area is configured to be coupled to an outer lead. The screen anti-peeping device overlaps with the display panel and includes a plurality of electrode sets, wherein each of the electrode sets includes a first electrode and a second electrode. At least one of the electrode sets is selected to be coupled to at least one control lead, and the selected electrode set is misaligned with the bonding area.

An electronic device with a display screen includes a first body and a first display screen. The first body has an operation surface, the operation surface has a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, and the first side is defined as a user side. The first display screen is disposed in the first body, and the operation surface exposes the first display screen. The first display screen includes a backlight module and a display panel. The backlight module includes a light guide plate, a light source, and has only one prism sheet. The light guide plate has a light incident surface and a light exit surface, and the light incident surface faces the second side. The light source is disposed between the light incident surface and the second side. The prism sheet is disposed between the light exit surface and the display panel.

A display including a display panel and a backlight module is provided. The backlight module includes a light guide plate and a support. The light guide plate includes a light exiting surface, a bottom surface opposite to the light exiting surface, and a light entering surface connected between the light exiting surface and the bottom surface. The support is disposed between the light guide plate and the display panel. The support is fixed to a side surface of the display panel facing the backlight module and is carried on the light exiting surface of the light guide plate. The support is in movable contact with the light exiting surface of the light guide plate.

A display device includes a backlight module and a display panel. The display panel includes a first display mode to display a first light transmissive pattern and a second display mode to display a second light transmissive pattern. The backlight module includes a first light guide plate having a plurality of first microstructures, a second light guide plate having a plurality of second microstructures, a first light source and a second light source. The first light source is configured to emit a first light beam into the first light guide plate, and the first light beam is emerged from the first light guide plate through the first microstructures. The second light source is configured to emit a second light beam into the second light guide plate, and the second light beam is emerged from the second light guide plate through the second microstructures.

Display device

A display device including a backlight module and a display panel is provided. The backlight module includes a frame, a light guide element, and a light source. The light guide element is connected to the frame and has a light incident surface, a light emitting surface, and a back surface. The back surface is opposite to the light emitting surface and serves as an appearance surface of the display device. The light source is disposed in the frame and aligned with the light incident surface. The display panel is connected to the frame, and the light emitting surface faces the display panel. A backlight module is also provided. The display device and the backlight module provided in the invention are thinner and lighter, and have a desirable appearance.

A backlight module includes first and second backlight units. The first backlight unit includes a first cover, a first light guide plate, a first light source and at least one first optical film. The first cover has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The first light guide plate is disposed on the first surface. The first light source is disposed on the first surface and located on a side of the first light guide plate. The first optical film is disposed between the first surface and the first light guide plate. The second backlight unit is detachably disposed with the first backlight unit and has a structure similar to the first backlight unit. A display device having the backlight module is also provided.

Backlight module and display device

One embodiment of the invention provides a force dispersing device for a display device. The display device has a casing, a backlight module and a display panel, the casing has a display opening, the backlight module is disposed in the display opening, and the display panel is disposed on the backlight module and in the display opening. The force dispersing device includes a fluid bag filled with a confined fluid and disposed between the casing and the backlight module.

A display including a casing, a light guide plate and a display panel is provided. The light guide plate is disposed in the casing and has a light emitting surface and a first back surface opposite to each other, wherein the casing is adhered to the first back surface of the light guide plate. The display panel is disposed in the casing and adhered to the light emitting surface of the light guide plate.

Display

A backlight module including a light guide plate, a light conversion layer, a light source, and a reflecting surface is provided. The light guide plate has a light emitting surface, a back surface, a first side, and a second side. The light emitting surface is opposite to the back surface, and the first side and the second side are connected between the light emitting surface and the back surface. The light conversion layer is disposed on the light emitting surface. The light source is disposed at the first side. The reflecting surface is located at the second side. An included angle between the reflecting surface and an extending direction of the light emitting surface is an acute angle. A light beam emitted by the light source enters the light guide plate through the first side, and is reflected by the reflecting surface after being transmitted through the light guide plate.

Backlight module

A display device includes a casing, a frame, a backlight module, at least one cable, and a display panel. The casing has a display opening. The frame is disposed in an inner edge of the display opening, wherein the frame has at least a cable management groove and a support surface. The backlight module is disposed on the frame. The cable is disposed in the cable management groove. The display panel is disposed on the frame and located in the display opening, wherein an edge portion of the display panel is located on the support surface, and the support surface supports the edge portion of the display panel. A part of the cable management groove is located under the display panel and at least partially overlapped with the edge portion.

A housing for a backlight module is disclosed. The housing has a bottom casing and a side frame for holding a lighting unit, a light guide plate having a protrusion, and optionally a plurality of optical sheets. In particular, an indentation part is formed on the side frame for holding the protrusion, and a slit with unequal width is formed adjacent to the indentation part. A backlight module using the above-mentioned housing is also disclosed therewith.
