A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium provide for receiving a request to provision a trial service to a user device, wherein the trial service includes providing a premium service to the user device during a trial time period; identifying a class of service provided to the user device, wherein the request is denied when the premium service is provided to the user device; determining whether the user device is eligible to receive the premium service; determining, when the user device is eligible to receive the premium service, whether the user device is eligible to receive the trial service; and provisioning, based on determining that the user device is eligible to receive the trial service, the trial service to the user device.

Provisioning a trial service to a mobile device

A system described herein may facilitate the retrieval and installation of an application (or 'app') at a user device, based on a single user interaction (e.g., a single click, double click, selection, etc.). A one-touch app install ('OAI') system may communicate with an application programming interface (&#x201c;API&#x201d;) that is installed on the user device to provide an app installation package for a requested app. the API may have appropriate permissions with an operating system of the user device to install the app on the user device.

Systems and methods for mobile application installation

A request to provision a trial service to a user device is received, and the trial service relates to offering a service to the user device during a trial time period. The request is confirmed as originating from the user device by forwarding a confirmation code to the user device, and receiving the confirmation code from the user device. Data regarding the user device is obtained and used to determine whether the user device is eligible to receive the trial service. For example, eligibility of the user device to receive the trial service may be determined based on a service provided to the user device before the request is received, and based on whether the user device has previously received the trial service during a particular time period. When the user device is eligible to receive the trial service, the trial service is provisioned to the user device.

A device may receive a request to enable service on a wireless network for a user device. The user device may be associated with a wired network. The device may request network provisioning information, associated with the wired network, identifying service activation parameters. The device may provision the wireless network based on the request for network provisioning associated with the wired network. The device may synchronize caller information to a first caller information device, associated with the wireless network, from a second caller information device, associated with the wired network. The caller information may include caller identification information. The device may enable the service for the user device on the wireless network based on provisioning the wireless network and synchronizing the caller information to the first caller information device from the second caller information device.

Caller name identification using data structure synchronization of different networks

A first network device receives a message that identifies a relationship between a wireless user device and a client device, the relationship is to allow for caller identification information, for calls associated with the wireless user device, to be sent to the client device. The first network device stores the information identifying the relationship. The first network device receives caller identification information for a call associated with the wireless user device. The first network device determines to send the caller identification information to the client device, based on the information identifying the relationship stored by the first network device; and the first network device sends the caller identification information to the client device.

Sending caller identification information using a joint services account

Systems and techniques are provided for delivering image content and other caller-specific data in real-time with an incoming voice call for a mobile device configured to receive voice calls and data through separate channels of the mobile communication network. In response to receiving a call request from an originating device for a voice call to a recipient mobile device, it is determined whether a database in the mobile communication network includes a caller-specific image associated with a caller at an originating mobile device. When the database is determined to include the caller-specific image, the image is sent via a network data connection to the recipient mobile device for display as part of an incoming call notification at the device. The voice call from the originating mobile device is allowed to proceed to the recipient mobile device, only after the caller-specific image is sent to the recipient mobile device.
