Provided is a polyethylene material and application thereof. A density distribution of the polyethylene material is in a range of 0.880 g/cm-0.960 g/cm. An amount of a fraction at a temperature of 40&#xb0; C. obtained by conducting temperature rising elution fractionation on the polyethylene material is in a range of 9.0 wt %-40.0 wt %, preferably in a range of 10.0 wt %-25.0 wt %, more preferably in a range of 9.9 wt %-20.0 wt %. A melting temperature of the polyethylene material is 110&#xb0; C.-135&#xb0; C., preferably 116&#xb0; C.-130&#xb0; C. The polyethylene material provided by the present application has distinctly improved amount of medium/low-molecular-weight fractions and high-degree-branching fractions, as well as relatively high-molecular-weight fractions which are highly branched. The polyethylene material thus has a relative high melting temperature.

Polyethylene material and application thereof

Provided in the present invention are an olefin polymerization apparatus and an olefin polymerization process. The following operations and effects can be realized by the apparatus or method provided in the present invention: the gas material discharged from the polymerization reactor is condensed, after the gas-liquid separation, the resulting gas portion is recycled to the reactor to form a circulation loop; the condensate can be selectively introduced to the polymerization reactor, in order to achieve the free switch between the homopolymerization reaction and the copolymerization reaction or between different copolymerization reactions, and at the same time the condensate can absorb the heat generated by the reaction. By using the apparatus and method provided in the present invention, polyolefin products having excellent mechanical properties and processability can be prepared as needed.

Olefin polymerization apparatus and olefin polymerization process

The invention provides a fluidized bed polymerization reactor, including: a column, in which a liquid distributor and a gas distributor above the liquid distributor are arranged, so that the reaction zone being divided into a first zone and a second zone through the gas distributor; and a circulating unit for circulating the gas material originated from the top zone of the column into the bottom zone thereof in a form of gas-liquid mixture. The gas-liquid mixture is undergone a gas-liquid separation in the bottom zone, the gas phase portion obtained being fed to the gas distributor and then into the second zone while the liquid phase portion obtained being entered into the first zone through the liquid distributor, so that the temperature in the first zone is lower than that in the second zone. Therefore, polymer with a molecular weight distributed in a relatively wide range can be obtained. The invention further provides a method for preparing polymer.

Fluidized bed polymerization reactor and process for preparing polymer

An inorganic/organic composite support includes an inert inorganic material, a complex compound composed of a polylol and a magnesium halide, and an organic polymer containing a polar functional group. Said complex compound loaded with the organic polymer is deposited on the inert inorganic material. When the inorganic/organic composite support used as a polyolefin catalyst carrier is applied to ethene or propylene polymerization, the fusion-flow ratio of the obtained polymerisate is remarkably increased and its processing performance is improved. When the catalyst is applied to ethene polymerization, the fusion-flow ratio of the polymerisate can be adjusted by changing the content of hydrogen. When the catalyst is applied to ethene or propylene polymerization, the catalyst activity is high.

Catalyst support used for olefin polymerization and preparing method and application thereof

A composite catalyst useful in the production of polyethylene, which comprises at least a first catalyst and a second catalyst separated by a polymer layer, with the first catalyst and the second catalyst being identical or different, is described. A composite catalyst useful in the production of polyethylene with a broad molecular weight distribution in a single polymerization reactor, which comprises at least a first catalyst and a second catalyst separated by a polymer layer, with the first catalyst and the second catalyst being different, is also described. A process for preparing said catalysts and a process for the production of a polyethylene by using said catalysts are also described.
