Embodiments of this disclosure provide a mobile robot for assembling a battery, an operation system, a control method, and a control system. The mobile robot includes a mobile platform, an inspection apparatus, a plurality of end effectors, and a robotic hand. The mobile platform is capable of receiving an assembly instruction to implement movement between different positions. The inspection apparatus is disposed on the mobile platform, configured to obtain a position signal and an assembly recipe signal. The plurality of end effectors are placed on the mobile platform. The robotic hand is disposed on the mobile platform, capable of connecting to a target end effector to perform a corresponding assembly action on the battery. The target end effector is determined from the plurality of end effectors based on the assembly instruction, and the assembly action is determined based on the position signal and the assembly recipe signal.

This application provides a method for box leak detection and a leak detection system, and relates to the field of leak detection technologies. The method for box leak detection may include: filling a box under test with a tracer gas, where the box under test has a plurality of positions under test; and measuring a leak rate at each position under test. Leak detection may be performed on each position under test of the box under test. In this way, not only a specific leak position can be determined, so that leak-proof treatment may be subsequently performed on the leak position in a targeted manner, but also the leak rate at each position under test can be measured, providing a basis for a level of to-be-taken leak-proof measures and whether to take leak-proof measures, thereby improving accuracy of box leak detection.

The welding assembly includes: a first weldment; and a second weldment, welded and fixed with the first weldment to form a welding seam; where, at least one side of the welding seam is provided with an exhaust channel; and the exhaust channel is located between the first weldment and the second weldment. In the present application, an exhaust gas generated during welding can be discharged from the exhaust channel to prevent it from entering the welding seam to reduce the strength of the welding seam.

This application relates to a battery module, a device, and a failure handling method for a failed battery cell. The battery module includes: battery cells, where each battery cell includes a housing, a top cover, and an electrode assembly, the housing is connected to the top cover, the housing includes a first accommodation cavity, the electrode assembly is located inside the first accommodation cavity, the top cover is provided with a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal, and the battery cells further include a failed battery cell; and a conductive component, connected to the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal of the failed battery cell. The present disclosure relates to a battery module comprising a first battery unit and a second battery unit, each of which comprises N secondary batteries, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and each secondary battery comprises a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead having opposite polarities. The first electrode lead has a melting point higher than that of the second electrode lead, and N first electrode leads of the first battery unit and N second electrode leads of the second battery unit are arranged to form a layered construction. The battery module has a plurality of connection points distributed in the layered construction, the number of which is greater than or equal to N, and each connection point is adapted to electrically connect one first electrode lead of the first battery unit to at least one second electrode lead of the second battery unit.
