A scroll compressor includes a movable scroll and a fixed portion. The fixed portion has a first bearing surface. The movable scroll has a second bearing surface. The scroll compressor includes a back pressure chamber located between the movable scroll and the fixed portion. At least one of the movable scroll and the fixed portion is provided with a groove disposed on a periphery of the back pressure chamber. The scroll compressor further includes a sealing assembly at least partially installed in the groove. One end of the sealing assembly is in contact with a groove bottom surface in the groove, and another end of the sealing assembly is in contact with the first bearing surface or the second bearing surface. The sealing assembly includes a wear-resistant ring and an elastic ring. The elastic ring has at least one recess on a surface thereof.

Scroll compressor with improved sealing performance of back pressure chamber

A thermostatic valve includes: a valve body in which a chamber is provided, an end cap assembly, a thermal actuator and a first spring mounted in the chamber. The valve body is provided with at least three ports in communication with outside; the thermal actuator includes a valve rod and a body portion, the chamber includes a first chamber and a second chamber; one end of the thermal actuator abuts against or indirectly abuts against or supports an end of the first spring close to the thermal actuator, and another end is limited to the end cap assembly; and the thermostatic valve is further provided with a guide portion in the chamber, the thermal actuator includes a guide fitting portion fitting with the guide portion, and the guide portion is slidably fitted with the guide fitting portion. The thermal actuator of the thermostatic valve is not shaken heavily.

Thermostat and temperature control system

The present disclosure discloses an infrared sensor, an infrared gas detector and an air quality detection device. The infrared sensor includes electrodes, a substrate, an isolation layer and a graphene film. The graphene film has a periodical nanostructure. The infrared sensor enhances the absorption of infrared light, and is capable of only absorbing specific infrared wavelengths, thus improving the selective performance of the infrared gas detector.

A thermostatic valve includes a valve body with a cavity provided therein, an end cover assembly, and a thermal actuator and at least one spring that are mounted in the cavity. The valve body is provided with at least three ports including a first port, a second port and a third port. The thermal actuator includes a valve rod and a main body. The spring includes a first spring. The cavity includes a first cavity and a second cavity, and the second cavity is away from the end cover assembly. The first port is in communication with the first cavity, and the third port is in communication with the second cavity. The first spring is partially or completely located in the second cavity. The thermostatic valve further includes a guide fitting part. The thermostatic valve has a simple structure, and the operation thereof is more stable and reliable.

Temperature regulating valve

A thermostatic valve includes a valve body, first and second elastic members, a valve seat assembly, a valve core, and a thermal actuator. The thermostatic valve includes six ports, four valve port portions each having a valve port, and a first cavity and a second cavity which are isolated from each other. One of the third port, the fourth port and the sixth port is in communication with the second cavity, and the other two of the third port, the fourth port and the sixth port are configured to be in communication with the second cavity through valve ports; and one of the first port, the second port and the fifth port is in communication with the first cavity, and the other two of the first port, the second port and the fifth port are configured to be in communication with the first cavity through valve ports.

Thermostatic valve and thermal management assembly having same

A thermostatic valve, including: a valve body having a cavity provided therein; an end cover, a thermal actuator and a first spring which are provided in the cavity. The end cover is provided with a first valve seat; the first valve seat is provided with a first valve port; the first valve port is provided opposed to a second port, and the first valve seat encloses an inner end opening of the second port; an outer wall of the first valve seat enclosing the inner end opening of the second port is in clearance fitting with an inner wall of the cavity; an outer wall at an end of the body of the thermal actuator which is near the end cover is in slide fitting with an inner wall of the valve seat; the thermostatic valve opens and closes the first valve port by means of the body of the thermal actuator.

Thermostatic valve

A thermostatic valve is provided according to the present application. In the thermostatic valve, a relief ring movable upward and downward is provided in a cavity of a valve body. Under normal conditions, the relief ring abuts against a step on an inner wall of the cavity or another fixing portion via an elastic element, and the cavity is further provided therein with a first passage which can be opened or closed by upward or downward moving of the relief ring. In the case that the fluid pressure in the thermostatic valve is excessively large, the fluid can push the relief ring to compress the elastic element, thus the first passage in the relief ring is opened, and the first flow passage and the third flow passage may simultaneously allow circulation of the fluid, thereby may prevent damage caused by an excessively large fluid pressure in the thermostatic valve.

A thermostatic valve includes a housing internally provided with a receiving cavity and a thermostatic actuating element mounted in the receiving cavity. The receiving cavity is in communication with the exterior through at least three ports such as a first connecting port, a second connecting port, and a third connecting port. The thermostatic actuating element is mounted in the housing via two elastic members. An annular sealing collar which is fixedly mounted is provided in the receiving cavity. At least most of the thermostatic actuating element is located between the third port and the sealing collar. Such arrangement may ensure the temperature of the transmission oil when having a low temperature can rise rapidly and ensure the lubrication performance of a transmission. In addition, a processing precision requirement for components and parts can be reduced and manufacturing and mounting are more convenient.

Thermoregulator

A liquid reservoir used in a heat exchanger, for example an automotive air conditioner, and a manufacturing method therefor. The liquid reservoir includes an inlet hole and an outlet hole. The outlet hole is provided with a filter element covering the outlet hole. A flow area at a location of the outlet hole covered by the filter element is greater than the cross-sectional area of other locations of the outlet hole. In this way, in the case that other structures of the inlet hole are not improved, a filtering area of the filter element is increased, thereby increasing a flow area of a refrigerant, reducing a flow resistance effect exerted by the filter element on the refrigerant, and reducing a workload of the heat exchanger.

Liquid reservoir

A thermostatic valve includes a housing and a thermostatic actuating element, and the thermostatic actuating element includes a main body in which a thermosensitive substance is provided. The housing has an open end which is closed by a cap assembly. The thermostatic valve includes a first elastic element and a second elastic element, wherein the first elastic element is provided at a side of the cap assembly, and has one end abutting against the cap assembly, and another end directly abutting against or indirectly abutting against the piston at least during a moving process; the second elastic element is provided at a side of the third port, and has one end abutting against an inner wall or a bottom wall of the cavity of the housing, and another end abutting against the main body.
