A method for evaluating a surface cleanliness oriented toward additive forging of a metal substrate employs weight coefficients corresponding to oil contaminants, particles and chips. Contamination scores of different contaminants are determined separately by different methods, and a surface cleanliness thereof is characterized in a quantitative manner by calculating the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of each contaminant. Further, an accurate and systematic method for evaluating a surface cleanliness employs weight coefficient of each contaminant determined based on a degree of adverse influence of the contaminant on the interface bonding of a substrate. Different detection methods are used for different contaminants. The contamination score of each contaminant is determined by the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of the corresponding contaminant, the comparison relationship is thus established, a cleanliness level is finally determined.

The system comprises a stripping reaction column, a separation unit, and a purification unit. The method comprises a stripping reaction step, a separation step, and a purification step. The system and the method of the present invention can use a liquid inorganic acid as a catalyst, has a strong catalytic capability and a low reaction temperature, and is capable of treating low concentration sugar liquids. The present invention adopts heating through directly vapor stripping to rapidly carry away a generated furfural along with the vapor while reacting a pentose, avoiding side reactions of the furfural in an acidic liquid environment. The reaction process of the present invention does not require any extracting agent, and the furfural carried away along with the vapor is easy to separate after cooling. Downstream of the nip, the twisted yarn is drawn sequentially across first and second runs of travelling endless belts, such that the yarn wraps about a first convex surface of the first run, then passes between the first and second runs, before wrapping about a second convex surface of the second run. Friction between each of the first and second convex surfaces and the yarn imparts the false twist in a common direction. Maintaining a differential between first and second linear speeds of the first and second runs, respectively, has been found to reduce yarn defects, particularly the nep count.
