In some examples, a brake assembly includes an actuator assembly configured to cause the translation of a piston to compress a disc stack. The actuator assembly is configured to generate a first torque around a motor axis using a motor and generate a second torque from the first torque using a harmonic drive. The actuator assembly may include a gear set configured to cause a linear actuator to translate the piston using the second torque. In some examples, the actuator is configured to translate the piston along a compression axis different from the motor axis.

The present invention discloses a scroll compressor. At least two shrink belts (') are provided around the outer periphery of said fixed scroll between the outer periphery of said fixed scroll () and the inner wall surface of the upper cap () of the scroll compressor. The at least two shrink belts are annular, and are in interference fit between the outer periphery of said fixed scroll and the inner wall surface of the upper cap. The at least two shrink belts include a main shrink belt () and an assistant shrink belt (&#x2032;). The main shrink belt and the assistant shrink belt are arranged side by side in the axial direction, that is, in the vertical direction of the fixed scroll, and the main shrink belt and the assistant shrink belt are spaced apart from each other by a distance. In this way, it is allowed to add other special structure (e.g., an additional fluid passage) to the fixed scroll, reduce the deformation of the fixed scroll, and improve the performance and the reliability of the scroll compressor.

Scroll compressor

A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor includes an shell, a fixed scroll, a housing and an orbiting scroll. The fixed scroll and the housing are disposed in the shell and fixed relative to each other. An outer peripheral surface of the housing and an inner peripheral surface of the shell are fitted to each other. The orbiting scroll is disposed between the fixed scroll and the housing. The fixed scroll is formed therein with a first injection passage, the housing is formed therein with a second injection passage, a port of the first injection passage and a port of the second injection passage face each other, so that the first injection passage and the second injection passage communicate with each other. The scroll compressor further includes an injection tube assembly, the injection tube assembly is disposed in the shell. The injection tube assembly includes: a tube, and a first tube joint and a second tube joint respectively disposed at two ends of the tube, the first tube joint passes through the shell to communicate with the outside, and the second tube joint is inserted and fitted in the second injection passage.

The present invention is a permanent magnet synchronous submersible motor comprised of a motor stator and a rotor core. The motor stator includes a stator core formed by laminating a plurality of stator punching sheets. Each of the stator punching sheets is provided with an odd number of stator slots and any two of a X-phase coil, a Y-phase coil and a Z-phase coil are wound in each of the stator slots. The rotor core is formed by laminating a plurality of rotor punching sheets wherein each of the rotor punching sheets is provided with rotor slots and a permanent magnet inserted into each of the rotor slots. Furthermore, the permanent magnet submersible motor can be started with a conventional V/F controlled (variable frequency) converter.

An HVAC actuator configured to actuate an HVAC component may include a rotatable output shaft having a range of rotation between a first end position and a second end position, a drive mechanism configured to selectively drive the output shaft, and a housing for housing the drive mechanism. The HVAC actuator may include a position indicator viewable from a front side of the housing that moves as the output shaft is rotated such that the position indicator indicates a current position of the output shaft. The position indicator may include an indicator wheel that is directly coupled to the output shaft of the HVAC actuator and may rotate with the output shaft. The indicator wheel may have one or more markings that move with the indicator wheel. The one or more markings may include a line extending in a radial direction from a rotation axis of the indicator wheel.

A fluid control valve having a body, a seat ring, a valve cage adjacent the seat ring, a first valve plug assembly positioned within the valve cage, and a second valve plug assembly positioned within an axial bore of the first valve plug assembly. The first valve plug assembly has radial apertures in fluid communication with the axial bore and a first valve plug including the axial bore and a throttling port in fluid communication with the axial bore. The first valve plug assembly is movable between a closed position, in engagement with the seat ring, and an open position, spaced apart from the seat ring. The second valve plug assembly has a second valve plug that is movable between a closed position, in engagement with the first valve plug, and an open position, spaced apart from the first valve plug.

An HVAC actuator configured to actuate an HVAC component may include a rotatable output shaft having a full range of rotation between a first end position and a second end position, a drive mechanism configured to selectively drive the output shaft, and a housing having a front side that faces away from the HVAC component. The HVAC actuator may include a range adjustment lever manipulatable from the front side of the housing that allows a user to selectively limit rotation of the output shaft to a reduced range that is a subset of the full range. In some instances, the range adjustment lever allows the user to select between two or more predetermined reduced ranges. The two or more predetermined reduced ranges may each include the first end position but have a different second stop position, or include the second end position but have a different first stop position.

An HVAC actuator coupleable to an HVAC component is disposed in or at an insulated duct. The HVAC actuator may include a housing and a taping flange. The taping flange may be spaced from the outer surface of the duct and adjacent to an outer surface of an insulated layer of the duct when the HVAC actuator is coupled to the HVAC component, and may be configured to facilitate taping of the HVAC actuator to the outer surface of the insulating layer. It may be shaped to provide a front-facing surface that is suitable for receiving tape to provide a seal between the taping flange and the outer surface of the insulating layer. In some cases, the taping flange may extend outward from the housing around the entire perimeter of the housing. The taping flange may be formed integrally with the housing, or it formed separately and coupled to the housing.

An illustrative damper system includes a damper blade, a damper actuator, and a standoff, where the standoff may be configured for use with an insulated duct having an outer surface of the duct, an insulating layer around the outer surface of the duct, and an outer surface of the insulating layer. Illustratively, the standoff may include a body, a mounting mechanism including a first flange, and a second flange spaced from the first flange, where the body, the first flange and the second flange may form an opening or space configured to receive the insulating layer. The present invention discloses a method for quickly extracting lithium carbonate from saline lake water and a system for the same. The method comprises: first quick-freezing the saline lake water to obtain lithium-rich brine, then evaporating under reduced pressure to enable lithium carbonate to be rapidly precipitated out. The method has advantages of short process flow and less labor consumption, thereby enabling continuous automatic operation, high energy utilization and environment-friendly. Further, the crystallization rate is several times faster than that of the salt-pan process and the grade of lithium carbonate salt mine obtained can reach 95% or more, therefore the method of the present invention is particularly suitable for industrial production in the remote saline lake region. The system comprises a reduced-pressure evaporation crystallizer, a vacuum-pumping apparatus, a brine preheating apparatus and a brine cooling apparatus, which concentrates the brine by quick-evaporation of the water, promotes lithium carbonate to form non-uniform nucleus, and improves the crystallization efficiency.
