A 3D processing device configured to attach a decorative film on a surface of a 3D glass, the 3D processing device includes a decorative film pre-deformation unit and a attachment unit. The decorative film pre-deformation unit includes an upper mould and a lower mould opposite to the upper mould, wherein the upper mould engages the lower mould to press the decorative film and cause the decorative film to have a shape matching a surface of the 3D glass. The attachment unit defines a sealing chamber, and includes a mould and a gas bag within the sealing chamber, wherein the mould is configured to support the 3D glass. The present disclosure further provides a method thereof.

The present invention discloses a double-layer touch screen, comprising: a transparent cover glass; a first transparent embossed adhesive layer; a first conductive layer embedded in the first transparent embossed adhesive layer and including a plurality of first conductive strips extending along a first direction, the first conductive strip is formed by intersection of conductive wires; a second transparent embossed adhesive layer; a second conductive layer embedded in the second transparent embossed adhesive layer and including a plurality of second conductive strips extending along a second direction, wherein the second conductive strip is formed by intersection of conductive wires; and a transmission reinforcement layer. The double-layer touch screen uses the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer to replace ITO layer used in conventional touch screen. This type of double-layer touch screen can ensure light transmittance and conductivity and reduce cost due to the cheaper material, without additional etching technique.

A touch screen, includes a position sensing assembly and a display assembly. The position sensing assembly includes: a substrate, a first polymer layer and a second polymer layer, the first polymer layer is formed on a surface of the substrate, a conductive material is embedded in the first polymer layer to form a first conductive area and a first lead on a surface of the first polymer layer, the second polymer layer is formed on a surface of the first polymer layer; a conductive material is embedded in the second polymer layer to form a second conductive material and a second lead on a surface of the second polymer layer. The touch screen omits a transparent conductive film, and achieves an effect of conducting through embedding a conductive material in the first and second polymer layer, thus material cost is relatively low and the producing process is relatively simple.

The present invention provides a conductive film that includes a substrate, a first matrix layer, a first conductive layer, a second matrix layer, a second conductive layer, a light-shielding layer, a first lead electrode and a second lead electrode. A first grid groove and a second grid groove are formed in the first matrix layer and the second matrix layer, respectively, and the first grid groove and the second grid groove are filled with conductive materials, to form the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, respectively. Accordingly, the first matrix layer and the second matrix layer may provide protection for the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and thus can improve the production yield. Furthermore, the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the conductive film and a touch screen including the conductive film.

A touch screen, includes a substrate, a first embossing adhesive layer, a first metal conductive layer, a first electrode lead, a transparent insulating film, a second embossing adhesive layer, a second metal conductive layer and a second electrode lead, and has low material cost since the conductive layers are made of metal materials; a first slot is provided in the transparent insulating film, a second slot is provided in the second embossing adhesive layer, the first slot and the second slot directly face a free end of the first electrode lead, and a free end of the second electrode lead is positioned around the second slot, thus the free ends of the first and second electrode leads are exposed to the same side of the substrate and electrically connected with a circuit board, thus simplifying adhering process and structural design of the circuit board, and reducing manufacturing cost.

A gold finger, includes a substrate, an embossable adhesive layer and a plurality of wires. The gold finger is achieved through adhering an embossable adhesive layer to a side of the substrate, providing grid-shaped grooves on a side of the embossable adhesive layer away from the substrate, embedding conductive grids of the wires in the grooves to form the wires. The gold finger is disposed on a sensing component, the wires of the gold finger are electrically connected with a circuit board through an anisotropic conductive adhesive. The contact area of the wire and the embossable adhesive layer is increased through embedding the conductive grid of the wire, which is grid-shaped structure, in the grooves such that the wires are tightly combined to the embossable adhesive layer and not easy to fall off or be scratched. The present invention further provides a touch screen containing the gold finger.

A touch screen comprises a glass substrate, a first conductive layer, an insulating adhesive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer is directly formed on the glass substrate and comprises first conductive pattern areas; the insulating adhesive layer is attached to the glass substrate, and one side of the insulating adhesive layer close to the glass substrate forms a first groove; the first conductive pattern area is received in the first groove and insulated from each other; one side of the insulating adhesive layer away from the glass substrate, is provided with a second groove; and the second conductive layer is received in the second groove, thus forming a plurality of second conductive pattern areas insulated with each other. The first conductive layer is directly formed on the glass substrate and made of a metal material, thus omitting an adhesive layer and saving the cost.
