The present invention relates to the technical field of catalyst preparation, disclosing a preparation method and application of a coated vanadium-tungsten-titanium oxide monolithic SCR catalyst. The method includes the steps of mixing a vanadium oxide precursor, a tungsten oxide precursor, titanium dioxide, an inorganic adhesive, an organic adhesive and a macromolecular surfactant with deionized water and stirring them to obtain a thick liquid; adding a pH adjuster to the thick liquid to make its pH 1.5-4.5; impregnating a cordierite honeycomb carrier in the thick liquid to obtain a preliminarily-impregnated catalyst and dried and calcined the preliminarily-impregnated catalyst to obtain a finished catalyst. The method has advantages such as simple operation, easy repetition and short time-consuming, so it can be applied to exhaust gas post-treatment of a marine diesel engine, and provide a good choice for catalysts used to denitrify medium and high temperature exhausted gas from marine engines.

Preparation method and application of coated vanadium-tungsten-titanium oxide monolithic SCR catalyst

The disclosure discloses a method for preparing biochar fromand use of the biochar. The method includes: subjectingto lyophilization, then impregnating lyophilizedwith phosphoric acid, and drying to a constant weight; grinding a dried mixture in a mortar, and then subjecting a ground sample to activation treatment in a tube furnace at 400&#xb0; C. to 1,000&#xb0; C. under a nitrogen atmosphere; and boiling an obtained solid product with concentrated hydrochloric acid, then washing with ultrapure water, and drying to a constant weight to obtainbiochar. The biochar is used in adsorption of cadmium. The method for removing cadmium usingbiochar provided by the disclosure exhibits an extremely high adsorption and removal capacity for cadmium, with an adsorption capacity of biochar up to 250 mg/g or more.

The structure of the Zn&#x2014;MnObattery includes zinc electrode/alkaline electrolyte/ion exchange membrane/acid electrolyte/MnOelectrode. The ion exchange membrane comprises a cation exchange membrane, an anion exchange membrane or a proton exchange membrane. According to the invention, by using a composite electrolyte system (alkaline electrolyte/ion exchange membrane/acid electrolyte), a high voltage rechargeable Zn&#x2014;MnObattery is obtained. According to the invention, an open circuit voltage of up to 2.7V is obtained, greatly improving the discharge voltage, and at the same time increasing the discharge capacity and enabling cyclic charge and discharge. The invention is of great importance in science research, beneficial to society and economics.

Disclosed is a method for calculating combustion in the bed of a waste incinerator. The method is based on a model of combustion in a waste incinerator bed and comprises a water evaporation model, a volatile matter analysis model, a volatile matter combustion model, and a fixed carbon combustion model. The volatile matter of the volatile matter combustion model comprises CO, H, CH, NH, and HS. The volatile matter combustion model comprises a combustion reaction equation for said volatile matter and O, and respective equations for CO and CHreacting with water vapor. Equations governing the model of combustion in the bed of a waste incinerator comprise a continuity equation, an energy equation, a momentum equation, and a component equation. Boundary conditions of said governing equations comprise: equations of heat transfer and mass transfer from an upper boundary layer of the bed to the exterior; and equations of heat transfer and mass transfer from lower boundary layer of the bed to the exterior.
