The present invention relates to an herbicide tolerance protein, an encoding gene thereof and use thereof, the herbicide tolerance protein comprising: a protein (a) having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and having an alanine substitution at least at position 176 and/or having a valine substitution at position 178 of SEQ ID NO: 1; or (b) having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3; or (c) having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 5; or (d) having an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 7; or (e) being derived from (a) by means of the amino acid sequence of (a) undergoing substitution and/or deletion and/or by added one or several amino acids, and having the activity of thifensulfuron hydrolase. The herbicide tolerance protein of the present invention has a broad application prospects in plants.

The present invention provides a reinforcing structure and method for reinforcing valve towers, mainly aiming at valve towers with three or more layers, wherein the four corners of the side face of each layer of a valve section of the valve tower are provided with connecting flanges, and connecting rods are used for connecting the corresponding connecting flanges of adjacent valve towers of the same bridge arm to realize lateral reinforcing. The connection modes of lateral reinforcing mainly include horizontal connection, interleaving connection and cross-layer connection. The invention provides various reinforcing solutions for flexible DC valve towers in the environment of long-term turbulence and strong vibrations, the reinforcing structure is simple and effective, high in reliability and operability, and easy to disassemble, and the stability and safety of the valve towers during transportation and operation are enhanced.

A bridge-type circuit comprises a H-bridge switch module and a buffering and reclosing module. The H-bridge switch module comprises four power semiconductor switch devices. Every two of the four power semiconductor switch devices are connected in series in the same direction to form a bridge arm, and the two bridge arms are further connected in parallel. Middle points of the two bridge arms respectively serve as an input terminal and an output terminal. The buffering and reclosing module is connected in parallel with the two bridge arms of the full bridge module. Also provided are a direct current breaking device formed by connecting the above bridge-type circuits in cascade and a control method thereof. The direct current breaking device is provided with the buffering and reclosing module, such that line voltage fluctuation generated during a reclosing operation is small.

A direct current switch-off device comprises an on-state current branch circuit and a current commutating and breaking unit which are connected in parallel. The on-state current branch circuit has a mechanical switch (S) and a current transfer module which are connected in series. The current commutating and breaking unit comprises a bridge-type branch circuit and a current-breaking branch circuit. The current-breaking branch circuit and two bridge arms of the bridge-type branch circuit are connected in parallel. The current-breaking branch circuit comprises a nonlinear resistor (RI) and a valve group consisting of fully-controlled devices connected in series. The nonlinear resistor (RI) and the valve group are connected in parallel. Two ends of each fully-controlled device in the valve group are connected in parallel with a buffering and reclosing circuit.
