Disclosed are a method for preparing a porcine-derived interferon-delta 5 (pIFN-δ5) and an application of the pIFN-δ5, where the method for preparing pIFN-δ5 includes the following steps: step S1, obtaining a DNA fragment containing pIFN-δ5 gene through reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) amplification by using the total RNA of pretreated porcine small intestinal epithelial cells IPEC-J2; step S2, inserting the DNA fragment containing pIFN-δ5 gene into an exogenous expression vector to construct a recombinant expression vector for expressing the pIFN-δ5 gene; and step S3, introducing the recombinant expression vector into a suitable host cell, and driving the host cell to express the pIFN-δ5 gene to obtain the pIFN-δ5. The recombinant pIFN-δ5 protein is used to prepare drugs or preparations for inhibiting infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), porcine delta coronavirus (PDCoV) and porcine rotavirus (PRoV).

The photographing method includes: identifying a photographing distance and a photographing angle with respect to the external device based on timings of signals transmitted and received through a communication connection; acquiring a scene image based on an output of a camera of the photographing device; identifying a current composition model based on the photographing distance, the photographing angle and the scene image; acquiring a set of photographing parameters that are associated with the current composition model; identifying a focal length based on the photographing distance and the current composition model; displaying a preview image based on the output of the camera, the photographing parameter and the current composition model; outputting the preview image as a photographing result based on a photographing instruction; and updating the set of photographing parameters based on the photographing parameter.

A drive control method is applicable to a drive system including a driver, a bus and a motor, the motor being directly connected to the bus in a first connection mode or connected to the driver in a second connection mode. The drive control method includes the driver feeding an electric signal to the motor through the output port and simultaneously detecting its own actual output feature; and the driver determining whether the output port is connected to the bus according to the actual output feature. Upon the output port being determined not to be connected to the bus, the driver starts the motor normally. Upon the output port being determined to be connected to the bus, the driver disconnects the output port. A routing loop determining method and a device. The method includes: acquiring, by a forwarding device in a layer 3 network, a first packet, where a time to live (TTL) value of the first packet is reduced to 0 by the forwarding device; acquiring, by the forwarding device, a second packet whose destination Internet Protocol IP address is the same as that of the first packet; recording, by the forwarding device, a feature of the second packet; forwarding, by the forwarding device, the second packet; and acquiring, by the forwarding device, a third packet according to the feature of the second packet, where a feature of the third packet is the same as that of the second packet, and determining that a routing loop exists. The present disclosure resolves a problem that a loop in a layer 3 network cannot be detected, and improves accuracy of sending a packet.

A large diameter gauge consists of a series of measuring units. Each measuring unit comprises two positioning elements(11,12), a fastener(14) and a body(13). These series of measuring units are placed and fixed sequentially and head to end or end to head around the circumference of the cylinder or hole to be measured during measuring until the remained space is not large enough to be put into another one measuring unit. Measuring the distance between the first measuring unit and the last measuring unit, the diameter to be measured can be obtained through the geometric relations between the gauges and the cylinder or hole to be measured.
