A method for determining a reasonable sampling interval with three-dimensional (3D) laser scanning includes: collecting rock joints; acquiring point cloud data of the rock joints with 3D laser scanning; performing preprocessing on acquired point cloud data; conducting indoor mechanical tests to determine rock mechanics parameters; calculating, with preprocessed point cloud data of the rock joints, joint roughness coefficients (JRCs) under different intervals obtained from statistical roughness parameters; fitting different relational curves according to a scatter plot between the different intervals and the JRCs to obtain a fitting equation; reversely calculating a JRC of the rock joint sample with the rock mechanics parameters to obtain a reversely calculated JRC; and substituting, according to a relational equation between the different intervals and the JRCs, the reversely calculated JRC into the fitting equation to determine a reasonable sampling interval for roughness evaluation.

The disclosure provides a method for determining a slope slip plane with a gently-inclined soft interlayer, including: S1, determining a curve formed with a slip arc of a trailing edge tearing plane, a soft interlayer plane and a slip arc of a leading edge shear opening as a slope slip plane; S2, calculating a slip plane stability coefficient; S3, determination of a position of the gently-inclined soft interlayer plane: if the slip plane stability coefficient is less than 1 but close to 1, determining that the position of the slope slip plane is accurate; otherwise, moving the position of the soft interlayer plane and repeating steps S1 and S2, until the slip plane stability coefficient is less than 1 and close to 1. The method is simple, and has a high accuracy for determining a non-circular slip plane with a soft interlayer as a bottom slip plane.

The disclosure relates to a soft rock shear rheological test system with simulation of coupled rainfall seepage and blasting vibrations, which is at least provided with a loading device and a shear box. The loading device includes a frame (), a normal static load electric cylinder () disposed on a top of the frame () and a normal dynamic load electric cylinder () disposed on a lower portion of the frame (), a horizontal static load electric cylinder () and a horizontal dynamic load electric cylinder () disposed on both sides of the frame (), and a reaction post (). This test system can perform a dry-wet cycle operation on the test specimen without disassembling the shear box during the shear rheological test, and can truly simulate influences of rainfall seepage and blasting vibrations on the shear rheological effect of soft rock.

A shear box of shear rheology experiment of a soft rock for simulating the coupling of the rainfall seepage and blasting vibration includes an upper shear box, a lower shear box, a normally-loading indenter, a normally-loading cushion block and a test piece joint. The upper shear box is tightly connected to the lower shear box by a vertical roll. The vertical roll passes through the through holes at both sides of the upper shear box and is engaged with the lower shear box through female thread connection holes. The normally-loading indenter passes through a circular through hole and presses against the normally-loading cushion block. The first end of the test piece joint is installed into a water or gas outlet hole, and the second end of the test piece joint is directly mortised into a rock test piece.

Embodiments of three-dimensional (3D) memory devices having multiple memory stacks and methods for forming the 3D memory devices are disclosed. In an example, a 3D memory device includes a first device chip, a second device chip, and a bonding interface. The first device chip includes a peripheral device and a first interconnect layer. The second device chip includes a substrate, two memory stacks disposed on opposite sides of the substrate, two memory strings each extending vertically through one of the two memory stacks, and a second interconnect layer. The bonding interface is formed vertically between the first interconnect layer of the first device chip and the second interconnect layer of the second device chip.

A paper-base flexible power-generation apparatus, and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible power-generation apparatus comprises: a first assembly () formed by a paper-base insulation layer () and a first metal conductive layer () deposited on the surface of the paper-base insulation layer, and a second assembly () formed by a paper-base insulation layer (), a second metal conductive layer () deposited on the surface of the paper-base insulation layer, and an electret material layer () coating on the surface of the second metal conductive layer. The two edges of the two assemblies are each provided with an electrode () and the electrodes are connected through a packaging process. The first metal conductive layer is opposite to and spaced from the electret material layer. The flexible power-generation apparatus has a low cost, is easy to manufacture, has high output power, and is especially suitable for being integrated with other flexible electronic devices.
