A tunable infrared optical filter device, includes a first mirror and a second mirror bonded to each other to form a cavity therebetween. A surface of a position where the first mirror and the second mirror are bonded to each other is provided with an electrode for driving the first mirror or the second mirror to move, and each of the first mirror and the second mirror is a distributed Bragg reflector formed by bonding silicon films. The silicon film may be formed by machining the silicon film wafer, to form the distributed Bragg reflector composed of the two silicon films and the chambers therebetween. The distributed Bragg reflector may also be formed by bonding the silicon film and the silicon film of an SOI wafer.

Adjustable infrared optical filter device

Disclosed is an adjustable optical filter device. The device comprises a first glass thin film provided with a first mirror and a second glass thin film provided with a second mirror. The peripheries of the surfaces of the first glass thin film and the second glass thin film that have a mirror are bonded to each other by means of a bond to form a cavity between the mirrors. The first glass thin film or the second glass thin film is provided with a driving unit for controlling the relative displacement of the first glass thin film and/or the second glass thin film. The tunable optical filter device has better optical filtering performance than existing filter devices, has the performance of small size and lower driving voltage, and can be applied to devices having a limited size, such as miniature spectrometers, small or even mini hyperspectral cameras or mobile phones.

A method and device for restoring and reconstructing a light source spectrum based on a hyperspectral image are provided. A hyperspectral image is processed to obtain a first maximum spectrum. The first maximum spectrum is matched with a light source spectral basis vector set in a light source spectrum dictionary, and a linear decomposition is performed to obtain a dictionary set. The maximum value of each waveband is obtained and iterative approximation is performed. Therefore, it can quickly restore the spectrum of the light source of the shooting environment from a single hyperspectral image using a relatively simple calculation process, and can still achieve a good restoration effect for monochromatic image scenes or image scenes with few colors, even close to the real light source spectrum. After the light source spectrum is obtained, this information can be further utilized for different kinds of applications.
