The present disclosure discloses a method for strengthening a biological manganese oxidation using a magnetic field and use thereof. The method includes steps of inoculating a manganese-oxidizing microorganism into a culture medium containing Mn, performing magnetization treatment in a culture process, and then collecting a biogenic manganese oxide. The method includes steps of performing a primary magnetic field treatment at a magnetic field intensity of 0.2-50 mT for 1-5 h when culturing is performed for 6-12 h, continuing culturing after the primary magnetization treatment, and performing magnetization treatment once every other 24 h for culture time of 72 h. A magnetic field is applied to accelerate an oxidation rate of a manganese-oxidizing microorganism to Mnand a biological manganese oxidation rate is respectively improved by 36.4% and 23.8% under an action of an alternating magnetic field or a constant magnetic field within 72 h.

Method for strengthening biological manganese oxidation using magnetic field and use thereof

The present application is related to a method for controlling heavy metal scouring pollution in mines by using a humified product, which comprises steps of: (1) carrying out mixed fermentation on sludge and hyperthermophiles to breed polar humified groups, and then carrying out mixed fermentation on the fermented material and a native material of humus precursors to induce massive production of humus until the humus content reaches a required standard; and (2) mixing and maintaining the humified product of the sludge reaching the standard with mine soil polluted by heavy metals to remedy the polluted mine.

Method for controlling heavy metal scouring pollution in mines by using humified product

A fungus having manganese oxidation capacity is provided. The fungus can oxidize Mnin a water body into a water-insoluble manganese oxide; and the Mnoxidizing fungus issp. XM01 strain with the accession number of CGMCC NO. 21083. Thesp. XM01 strain is used to oxidize Mnin a natural water body, and has stable operation within a range of room temperature (15-30° C.) and a range of neutral pH (6.0-7.5) and high Mnoxidation efficiency; moreover, the XM01 strain may oxidize Mncyclically, thereby achieving the in-situ remediation of water bodies or soils polluted by heavy metals or trace organic substances. The manganese oxides generated through oxidization in the growth process of the strain have a good application potential in sewage treatment, water environment restoration, soils and other fields.

Manganese-oxidizing fungus and uses thereof

A method for sludge dewatering using kitchen waste to synergistically enhance a coupling of an anaerobic biological acidification and a low-temperature hydrothermal of excess sludge is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: first, uniformly mixing the excess sludge from a sewage treatment plant and the kitchen waste for an anaerobic biological acidification reaction at 36.5-37.5° C. for 2-4 days; then, concentrating the acidified mixture by centrifugation at a speed of 3000-5000 rpm for 5-10 min; performing a low-temperature thermal hydrolysis treatment on a residue obtained after removing a supernatant for 15-30 min at 100-140° C.; and after the thermal hydrolysis treatment is finished, cooling and dewatering to obtain a dewatered sludge cake and a dewatered filtrate. The new method realizes high-efficiency sludge dewatering and innocuous utilization of dewatered filtrate and sludge cake without adding chemical reagents and effectively avoids generating hardly-degradable chemical oxygen demand.

Method for sludge dewatering using kitchen waste to synergistically enhance anaerobic biological acidification and low-temperature thermal hydrolysis of excess sludge

A regulation method for preparing &#x3b3;-polyglutamic acid by sludge substrate fermentation includes: 1) extraction of glutamic acid from sludge protein (high pressure hydrothermal treatment, gravity pressure filtration treatment), 2) secondary metabolic synthesis of &#x3b3;-polyglutamic acid (activation of domesticated strains and secondary metabolic fermentation strains); and 3) preparation of pure &#x3b3;-polyglutamic acid (acidification, centrifugation, filtration, precipitation based on polar repulsion, purification, impurity removal and drying). The present invention realizes a recycling of high-value carbon and nitrogen sources of sludge without secondary pollution, and has advantages of simplified operation, good feasibility, and low preparation cost. The synthesized &#x3b3;-polyglutamic acid has high economic value and broad application prospect.

Regulation method for preparing &#x3b3;-polyglutamic acid by sludge substrate fermentation

The disclosure relates to a method for enhancing methanogenesis in anaerobic digestion of municipal sludge by utilizing a filter screen structure, comprising: arranging a filter screen structure with titanium or titanium alloy as the framework and FeOas the coating in the anaerobic digestion system to accelerate the rate of hydrolysis and acidification, and increase the proportion of methane in biogas. Compared with the prior art, the disclosure increases the contact between FeOand anaerobic microorganisms by means of the screen structure; the stable crystal structure of FeOensures the sustainability as an electron carrier while enriching electroactive microorganisms; titanium or titanium alloy, as a material with high strength, corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility, and good conductivity, can form a good match with FeOand assist in promoting the electron transfer; the disclosure has the advantages of low cost, high income, no need of repeated dosing and stable effect, and could strengthen the oxidation and decomposition of organic matter in the anaerobic digestion, accelerate the rate of methanogenesis, and increase the gas production.

Method for enhancing methanogenesis in anaerobic digestion of municipal sludge by utilizing a filter screen structure

The present invention relates to a method for enhancing deep degradation of proteins in sludge. The method includes the following steps: an anaerobic digestion product of excess sludge as a substrate is treated by Van Soest's washing method to obtain the sludge free of easily degradable organics and containing degradation-resistant proteins; then, with the anaerobic digestion product of excess sludge as an inoculum and the sludge free of easily degradable organics and containing degradation-resistant proteins as a substrate, a first-stage microbial electrolytic cell coupled anaerobic digestion system is started for treatment to obtain a microbial mixture related to targeted degradation of the degradation-resistant proteins; with the microbial mixture related to targeted degradation of the degradation-resistant proteins as an inoculum and the anaerobic digestion product of excess sludge as a substrate, a second-stage microbial electrolytic cell coupled anaerobic digestion system is started to obtain the sludge with deeply degraded proteins.

A process for enhanced anaerobic digestion of sludge by alcoholization of food waste, comprising steps of: (1) ethanol prefermentation of food waste&#x2014;feeding the food waste having been crushed into a uniform grain size into an ethanol production reactor, where the food waste is subjected to rapid and efficient anaerobic fermentation activated by addition of yeast and pH adjustment to produce ethanol and obtain a fermentation broth and a fermentation residue; (2) sludge pretreatment&#x2014;pretreating the sludge after mixing with the fermentation residue; and (3) methanogenesis of anaerobic digestion&#x2014;subjecting products resulting from the sludge pretreatment to be mixed with the fermentation broth and then to methanogenesis of anaerobic digestion in a methane production reactor. The method includes storing, by an OLAP system, a network data structure that relates a plurality of data objects. The method further includes storing transactional data in an in-memory database in the OLAP system. The method further includes generating, by the OLAP system, a report using the stored transactional data according to the network data structure. In this manner, deficiencies of the traditional star schema paradigm of data warehousing may be avoided.
