An earbud assembly includes a charging case and at least one wireless earbud suitable to be stowed in the charging case. The charging case includes a battery, a charger electrically connected to the battery, a sensor configured to detect the opening and closing operations of the charging case, a battery status indicator that has a first state when the battery of the charging case is in a normal working condition and a second state when the battery of the charging case is exhausted. The earbud includes a processor and a status detector for detecting the state of the battery status indicator when the earbud is stowed in the charging case. The processor of the earbud is configured to power off the earbud when the status detector detects that the battery status indicator is in the second state.

Wireless earbud assembly

The present disclosure discloses a speaker box, including a housing with an accommodation space. The housing includes an upper case and a lower case. A speaker is received in the accommodation space. The speaker includes a diaphragm for producing sound. The speaker box further includes a passageway, a front sound cavity formed between the diaphragm and the upper case, a front cavity, a receiving slot formed in the upper case recessing from a side of the upper case adjacent to the diaphragm along a direction away from the diaphragm; and an air adsorbing layer received in the receiving slot, a steel piece engaging with the upper case and packaging the air adsorbing layer in the receiving slot, and a number of air adsorbing holes for communicating with the front sound cavity.

Speaker box

A speaker box includes a housing which has a receiving space and a side wall having a sound hole, and a sound generator received in the receiving space and including a diaphragm including a dome and a periphery connected to the dome. The periphery includes a near-end which is near the sounding hole and a far-end which is farther the sounding hole. A compliance of the near-end is less than a compliance of the far-end.

A speaker is disclosed. The speaker includes a housing with an accommodation space, a retaining wall enclosing an accommodation cavity for accommodating sound absorption materials with one end thereof having an opening, a sound filter covering the opening, and a support ring installed around the sound filter. The sound filter is located between the support ring and the retaining wall, or the support ring is clamped between the sound filter and the retaining wall.

A speaker box includes a housing which has a receiving space and a side wall having a sound hole, and a sound generator received in the receiving space and including a diaphragm including a dome and a periphery connected to the dome. The dome includes a near-end which is near the sounding hole and a far-end which is farther the sounding hole. A compliance of the near-end is less than a compliance of the far-end.

A speaker box with side acoustic emission structure is disclosed. The speaker box has a cabinet having an acoustic window, a speaker unit mounted in the cabinet and including a diaphragm, a voice coil and a magnetic circuit, the diaphragm disposed in the side of the acoustic window and not faced to the acoustic window and having a dome and a suspension surrounding the dome, the dome having a plurality of reinforcements aligned in multi-row, the area of one of the plurality of reinforcements which is closest to the acoustic window that is maximum for improving vibration of the diaphragm.

Acoustic diaphragm and speaker box

One embodiment of the invention discloses an acoustic device having a housing with a sound hole formed thereon and a speaker unit accommodated in the housing. The speaker unit has a central part, an edge part surrounding the central part and a first strength means formed on the central part for reinforcing rigidity thereof. The first strength means has a first section away from the sound hole and a second section close to the sound hole, and a rigidity of the first section is less than that of the second section.

Acoustic device

One embodiment of the invention discloses an acoustic device having a housing including a receiving space and a sound hole communicating with the receiving space; a vibration unit received in the receiving space; a magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate; wherein, the vibration unit includes a first part away from the sound hole and a second part close to the sound hole; and the first part is driven by a higher magnetic force generated by the magnetic circuit unit than the second part.

The present disclosure discloses a speaker box. One embodiment of the invention discloses an acoustic device having a housing having an accommodating space with a sound hole formed thereon and communicating with the accommodating space; a speaker unit received in the accommodating space having a diaphragm including a first area away from the sound hole and a second area close to the through window; wherein, the diaphragm has a plurality of corrugations formed on the first area and the second area, respectively, and the amount of the corrugations on the first area is less than that on the second area.

A speaker box is disclosed. The speaker box includes a housing including a bottom wall, and a speaker unit accommodated in the housing. The speaker unit includes a magnetic circuit unit having a lower plate, a magnet on the lower plate, an upper plate on the magnet, and a magnetic gap. The lower plate abuts against the bottom wall for forming a space communicated with the magnetic gap. Thus, the air pressure in the magnetic gap is balanced, and the low frequency sound performance is improved.

A miniature speaker is disclosed. The miniature speaker includes a frame providing a receiving space, a magnetic circuit accommodated in the receiving space, a voice coil, a membrane activated by the voice coil for generating sounds, a number of contacts for electrically connected to the voice coil, and a front cover for fixing the membrane to the frame. The front cover includes an outer ring and a top cover coupled with the outer ring. The top cover includes a step engaging with the outer ring. By virtue of the configuration of the front cover, the assembling precision of the outer ring and the top cover is ensured, and the thicknesses of the outer ring and the top cover are maintained for providing sufficient strength.

Miniature speaker

The present disclosure provides a speaker. The speaker includes a frame, a magnetic circuit system disposed within the frame, and a vibrating system disposed above the magnetic circuit system and connected with the frame. The vibrating system includes a diaphragm that includes a vibrating portion having a far portion away from the magnetic circuit system and an adjacent portion adjacent to the magnetic circuit system. An avoid part for avoiding the adjacent portion is disposed at a position on the magnetic circuit system that corresponds to the adjacent portion of the diaphragm which ensures the maximum amplitude of the diaphragm to avoid noises that would be generated due to collision with the magnetic circuit system when the vibrating system operates at the maximum amplitude.

A miniature speaker is disclosed. The miniature speaker includes a frame, a magnetic circuit received in the frame, a voice coil partially received in the magnetic circuit, a diaphragm connected to the voice coil, and a contact fixed by the frame for electrically connecting the voice coil to an external circuit. The contact includes an elastic arm, and a latch located at a position between two ends of the elastic arm. Corresponding to the latch, the frame includes a protrusion engaging with the latch for restricting the upward movement of the elastic arm.

A micro-speaker is disclosed. The micro-speaker includes a frame, a magnetic circuit received in the frame, a voice coil partially received in the magnetic circuit, a diaphragm connected to the voice coil, and a contact fixed by the frame for electrically connecting the voice coil to an external circuit. The contact includes a base plate, a first and second connecting plates respectively connected to both ends of the base plate and formed an engaging space by connecting them in order. Corresponding to the contact, the frame includes a sidewall and a protrusion formed on the sidewall. The engaging space receives and engages with the sidewall and the second plating plate engages with the protrusion for mounting the contact on the frame firmly without soldering.
