A high resolution video acquisition system is disclosed that provides a rrding capability at extended time with full resolution. Two real time digital scan converters, a synchronizing computer and image frame buffers cooperate to provide two high resolution Red, Green, and Blue 60 hertz video channel outputs for recording systems in digital format and for real time video display. The respective channels are sampled at approximately one frame per second per channel for approximately 2 hours, thereby providing a full resolution extended time recording capability.

A curved grid fin that is constructed of strips of thin gauge metal such as teel honeycomb secured together in a grid pattern with the honeycomb structure enclosed around a periphery thereof by a thin support structure that is secured thereto in a conventional manner and with a base structure secured to the thin support structure to provide a fin that is designed to be mounted on a missile to provide a fin structure that can control or guide a missile as well as provide a breaking or deceleration means for control of a missile or payload.

A system for lowering the level of turbulence in an opening through a wall ver which air is flowing at a subsonic velocity wherein an arcuate flange is secured to the downstream edge of the opening and extends into the opening a distance of 0.11 to 0.22 times the length of opening in the direction air flow, the flange being tangent to the wall at the part of attachment of the branch.
