A system executes a first testing process utilizing a sandbox sub-environment executing in an execution environment of a computing network to perform a first set of testing operations associated with a new certificate bundle that includes a new CA certificate. Responsive to successful testing via the sandbox sub-environment, the new certificate bundle is installed on a host executing in the execution environment. The system utilizes a testing service executing on the host to perform a second set of testing operations associated with the new certificate bundle. Responsive to successful testing via the testing service executing on the host, the new CA certificate is activated in the execution environment by issuing entity certificates to a set of nodes associated with the host for execution against the new CA certificate.

Orchestrating distribution of digital certificates to an execution environment of a computing network

A system utilizes a testing service executing on a first network entity executing in an execution environment of a virtual cloud network to perform a set of testing operations including receiving, at the first network entity, a first entity certificate issued based on the first CA certificate and utilizing the first testing service to authenticate the first entity certificate against the first CA certificate. While executing the set of testing operations, the second CA certificate is active in the execution environment. Responsive to determining that the set of testing operations are successful, the system activates the first CA certificate in the execution environment by transmitting to a second network entity, a second entity certificate for authentication against the first CA certificate that supersedes a third entity certificate issued to the second network entity for authentication against the second CA certificate.

A method may include transmitting a request for metadata associated with a compute instance and receiving, by a computing system, metadata associated with the compute instance signed with a private key. The private key may be associated with a public key. The method may include receiving a request to access a cloud resource and transmitting the request for the metadata. The method may also include receiving the metadata. The metadata may indicate that the compute instance is hosted on the computing system. The method may also include transmitting, to an instance principal service, a request for an instance principal certificate. The request may include the metadata signed with the private key and be cryptographically verified by the instance principal service using the public key. The method may also include receiving the instance principal certificate and providing access to the could resource based on the instance principal certificate.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of low-latency, low-power eye tracking. In some embodiments, the eye tracking method operates a first sensor having a first level of power consumption that tracks positions of an eye of a user. In response to detection that the eye does not change position for a time period, the method stops operation of the first sensor and instead operates a second sensor that detects a change of position of the eye. The second sensor has a level of power consumption lower than the level of power consumption of the first sensor. Once the eye position changes, the second sensor resumes operation.

The database may be searched or browsed based on category by utilizing the metadata. URLs may also be embedded in a Web page that includes a list of document identifiers and an index. The list of document identifiers is a list containing the identities of an arbitrary number of search results. The index identifies one of the documents in the list of document identifiers to be retrieved. When such a URL is selected, a Web server computer utilizes the list of document identifiers and the index to identify the document to be returned.

The reporting component comprises an XML output memory component for storing aggregated data received from the executable module of the processing component. As XML data is passed to the reporting component, the XML data is transformed for publication via an Internet-based web page such that the data is viewable by interested users on a near real-time basis.
