Methods for aligning sending of a network system clock time to a wireless device with initiating a propagation delay compensation procedure for the wireless device. An example method, in a network node, comprises determining that a propagation delay compensation procedure for the wireless device is to be initiated or has been initiated, and sending an indication of a network system clock time to the wireless device in association with the propagation delay compensation procedure.

Timing advance for TSN

A method and communication device for reporting HARQ-ACK code books of fixed sizes in a communication network is provided. The method includes responsive to operating in a first mode, reporting the HARQ-ACK codebook for each scheduled transmission to a network node. The method further includes responsive to operating in a second mode, reporting the HARQ-ACK codebook to the network node if at least one of the HARQ-ACK information in the codebook is ACK, wherein no NACK is transmitted in the codebook when operating in the second mode. The method further includes responsive to operating in a third mode, reporting the HARQ-ACK codebook to the network node if at least one of the HARQ-ACK information in the codebook is NACK, wherein no ACK is transmitted in the codebook when operating in the second mode.

Semi-static HARQ codebook for DL-SPS

A wireless device is configured to receive control signaling from a radio network node. The control signaling configures an uplink grant or downlink assignment to periodically recur. The control signaling also configures a number of redundant transmissions of a transport block that are transmittable within a bundle of the configured uplink grant or downlink assignment, where the number is greater than or equal to one. The control signaling may also configure different sets of transmission occasions within which the number of redundant transmissions are transmittable during, or starting during, a period of the configured uplink grant or downlink assignment.

Bundling for a configured grant or assignment in a wireless communication system

A method performed by a network node () in a wireless communications network () for enabling a timing reference in a second wireless device () for use in Sidelink, SL, transmissions over a SL communication link () with a first wireless device () is provided. Network node, a first wireless device, a second wireless device and methods therein for enabling a timing reference

A method, system and apparatus are disclosed for more fully utilizing a periodic or semi-static scheduled resource, including the repetition resource. In accordance with various embodiments, a network node is configured to allocate a periodic or semi-static scheduled resource to a wireless device (WD) for use in communication for at least two services having different reliability or transmission characteristics. The periodic or semi-static scheduled resource may be allocated by estimating a packet arrival from each of the WD services or in proportion to a services' priority. A periodicity of the resource may be set to a periodicity of an ultra-reliable and low latency communication (URLLC) packet arrival periodicity of a URLLC stream. A repetitious configured grant (CG) can be utilized for additional services or throughput gain. The spared periodic or semi-static scheduled resource may also be allocated for a retransmission of failed packets from a service.

Semi-persistent scheduling for multiple services

A method and network node for configuring a WD, to perform uplink transmissions using an uplink configured grant, UL-CG, or a dynamic grant is provided. The network node signals by radio resource control, RRC, signaling to the WD, a time domain resource assignment, TDRA, table for the uplink transmissions. The network node signals further signals to the WD, an indication of a particular repetition factor to be used by the WD to determine when to perform the uplink transmissions.

Network node, wireless device and methods therein for performing uplink transmissions

Systems and methods for priority-dependent Uplink Control Information (UCI) resource determination are provided. In some embodiments, a wireless device determines that one or more UCIs are to be multiplexed onto a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH); determines priorities of the PUSCH and/or each of the one or more UCIs; determines at least one beta offset value for one or more UCIs based on one or more of the priorities; set or adjust a UCI code rate based on the at least one beta offset value; and transmit a UCI according to the UCI code rate. This provides a simple and consistent method to deduce beta offset value for UCI based on priorities of UCI and PUSCH. The solution supports possible multiple different beta offset values determined without extra explicit signaling, i.e., it helps to reduce DCI bits needed to indicate potentially multiple beta offset values.

Priority-dependent uci resource determination

A method, system, network node and wireless device are disclosed. According to one or more embodiments, a wireless device is provided. The wireless device includes processing circuitry configured to: receive a pre-emption indication indicating a pre-emption time period for pre-empting an uplink transmission during the pre-emption time period; cancel at least a first portion of a first uplink transmission that is arranged to occur during the pre-emption time period; and if the first uplink transmission includes a second portion arranged to occur before the pre-emption time period, cancel the second portion of the first uplink transmission based on a temporal criterion being met.

A method and apparatus are disclosed for transmission of one or more UCIs with colliding PUSCH. In one embodiment, a method implemented in a wireless device (WD) is provided. The method includes determining a first uplink control information (UCI) and a second UCI, the first UCI associated with a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and the second UCI associated with a second PUCCH; and combining the first UCI and the second UCI and/or disregarding at least one of the first UCI and the second UCI and/or transmitting at least one of the first UCI and the second UCI in a time resource.

Transmission of uplink control information with colliding PUSCH

A method, network node and a wireless device for multiplexing HARQ feedback are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method includes transmitting a first hybrid automatic repeat request, HARQ, feedback responsive to a first downlink, DL, transmission, the first HARQ feedback transmitted using not more than an indicated number of bits, the first DL transmission having a first priority. The method also includes transmitting a second HARQ feedback responsive to a second DL transmission, the second DL transmission having a second priority higher than the first priority. The method further includes multiplexing the first HARQ feedback and the second HARQ feedback using not more than the indicated number of bits for the first HARQ feedback, to produce a multiplexed HARQ feedback.

Multiplexing hybrid automatic repeat request feedback

A method in a user equipment, UE, for reporting channel state information, CSI, to a network includes determining a number of subbands of a bandwidth part, BWP, to report CSI. The method further includes determining a CSI computation time including a CSI computation delay requirement. The method further includes performing CSI estimation for a plurality of the number of subbands based on the CSI computation time. The method further includes reporting the CSI report for at least one of the number of subbands. Analogous UEs, computer programs and computer program products are also provided.

On subband configuration for reduced CSI computation time

Methods and systems for reliability enhancement for User Equipment (UE) with partial repetitions in Configured Grant (CG) are provided. According to one aspect, a method, performed by a UE in a Fifth Generation (5G) network, comprises: receiving data to be transmitted as uplink (UL) transmissions in CG resources K number of times within a CG period; determining that the number of Transmission Occasions (TOs) remaining within the CG resources and within the CG period for the UE is less than K; and either: transmitting the data within the remaining TOs within the CG resources and also within TOs within shared resources such that the transmission is performed at least K number of times; waiting until the beginning of the next CG period to transmit K number of times within the CG resources; or transmitting the data within the remaining TOs within the CG resources with an increased power.

Reliability enhancement for user equipment with partial repetitions in configured grant

There is presented a method for operating a user equipment, UE () in a wireless communication network (). The method comprises receiving () a message indicating an uplink radio resource, the uplink resource having occurred before receiving the message. The method further comprises transmitting () a second representation of a data packet based on determining that the indicated uplink radio resource has been used by the UE for transmitting a first representation of the data packet, prior to receiving the message. Additionally, a method for operating a network node () in a wireless communication network () is disclosed, the method comprises detecting () a signal on an uplink resource configured for grant free access and transmitting () a non-UE specific message based on the signal not being successfully received and wherein the non-UE specific message comprises information indicating the uplink resource configured for grant free access. Corresponding network node and user equipment are also presented.

Common NACK for uplink grant-free transmissions

A method, system and apparatus are disclosed for a network node configured to communicate with a wireless device (WD). In some embodiments, the network node includes processing circuitry configured to cause the network node to determine delay offset information based at least in part on a common distance for a cell, the delay offset information indicating a common temporal delay offset and transmit the delay offset information to the WD in at least one of a system information block, SIB, and a radio resource control, RRC, message. In some embodiments, a wireless device includes processing circuitry configured to cause the wireless device to receive delay offset information in at least one of a system information block, SIB, and a radio resource control, RRC, message, the delay offset information being based at least in part on a common distance and the delay offset information indicating a common temporal delay offset.
