Provided are a solar cell, a method for preparing a solar cell, a tandem solar cell, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a substrate, a doped conductive layer, and a dielectric layer. The substrate has a first surface, where the first surface includes electrode regions and non-electrode regions that are alternatingly arranged along a first direction. The doped conductive layer is formed over the first surface of the substrate. The doped conductive layer includes first conductive portions and at least one second conductive portion. Each respective first conductive portion of the first conductive portions is formed over a respective electrode region of the electrode regions, and each respective second conductive portion of the at least one second conductive portion is formed over a part of a non-electrode region of the non-electrode regions. The dielectric layer is between the first surface and the doped conductive layer.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solar cell and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a substrate, a tunneling dielectric layer formed on the substrate, a doped conductive layer formed on the tunneling dielectric layer, at least one conductive connection structure, a passivation layer over the doped conductive layer and the at least one conductive connection structure, and a plurality of finger electrodes. The doped conductive layer has a plurality of protrusions arranged along a first direction, each protrusion extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The at least one conductive connection structure is formed between two adjacent protrusions and connected with sidewalls of the two adjacent protrusions. Each finger electrode of the plurality of finger electrodes extends along the second direction to penetrate the passivation layer and connect to a respective protrusion.

The front surface includes a plurality of pyramid structures, the rear surface includes a plurality of grooves, and some of the plurality of grooves are sequentially arranged along one arrangement direction. The solar cell includes a passivation layer formed over the front surface, a tunneling dielectric layer formed over the rear surface, and a doped conductive layer formed over the tunneling dielectric layer. Embodiments of the present disclosure at least help improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell by changing a morphology of the rear surface of the N-type silicon substrate.
