An approach is provided for configuring a service management (SM) tool. During an application deployment, a service registry receives a query from a tier of the application for a list of SM tools that provide a SM function. The service registry sends the list of SM tools to the application. Using an application programming interface (API) in an integration layer, (i) a user-selected SM tool included in the list of SM tools, (ii) a business criticality of the tier of the application, and (iii) parameters specifying the SM function are received. Using the API and based on the business criticality of the tier of the application, the selected SM tool is configured with the parameters specifying the SM function.

Application driven configuration of service management tools

In an approach for dynamically determining a suitable SME for a particular critical situation, a processor receives an initial problem statement. A processor constructs a collaboration channel associated with the initial problem statement. A processor identifies an SME based on a rating that associates the SME with the initial problem statement. A processor sends an invitation to the SME to join the collaboration channel.

Automatic subject matter expert profile generator and scorer

A method and system for automatically generating a virtual assisted task is provided. The method includes establishing secure connections between a hardware device and databases external to the hardware device. A group of tasks associated with an individual are identified and available timeframes associated with an availability of the individual are determined. A first potential score and maximum score for each task are computed. The first potential score is compared to each maximum potential score and in response, a subset of tasks are automatically selected. The subset of tasks are mapped to the available timeframes and results of the mapping a cached within a caching circuit of the hardware device. Results of the caching are presented via the hardware device.

As disclosed herein a computer-implemented method includes identifying, by a first automobile, a proximate automobile, and determining a trust score corresponding to the proximate automobile. The method further includes conducting an affinity group qualification process responsive to the trust score exceeding a selected threshold value, and inviting the proximate automobile into the affinity group responsive to the proximate automobile passing the affinity group qualification process. A processor stores the new tag to a database of tags. A processor forms a cluster of correlated tags. A processor sends a notification of the cluster of correlated tags and a recommended action. A processor monitors the collaboration channel for an information request. A processor matches the information request with at least one tag in the database. A processor sends a notification of matches of the information request with the at least one tag found to the collaboration channel. A processor updates the tags with received information.
