A smart carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP)-shape memory alloy (SMA) bar reinforced concrete structure integrating cathodic protection, force sensing, and bearing capacity self-adjustment is provided. A CFRP-wrapped composite bar with SMA embedded with an optical fiber in the smart CFRP-SMA bar reinforced concrete structure is both a concrete reinforced bar and an auxiliary anode for ICCP to prevent steel bars from being rusted. In addition, the SMA has an ability to adjust stress after excitation, and the embedded optical fiber can perceive a force condition of the composite bar. This structure system significantly improves durability of a concrete structure in a coastal environment, solves problems of in-service real-time bar sensing and bearing capacity control of the structure, and provides a new solution to performance degradation caused by deterioration of a CFRP anode in a traditional ICCP process.

Smart carbon fiber reinforced polymer-shape memory alloy bar reinforced concrete structure integrating cathodic protection, force sensing, and bearing capacity self-adjustment

The present disclosure relates to an optical-fiber-embedded and FRP-wrapped SMA composite bar with force sensing, stress driving, and structural reinforcement integrated. The surface of the plain round Fe-SMA bar is provided with a groove in advance for implantation of the sheathed optical cable such that the bar has a self-sensing function. The plain round Fe-SMA bar having a shape memory effect is used as a steel core, so it has the characteristic of self-tensioning; an FRP wrapping layer prevents corrosion of the plain round Fe-SMA bar used as the core and prevents fracture of the sheathed optical cable, thus improving the durability of a prestressed bar structures on the outer surface of the FRP wrapping layer may provide sufficient engaging force and anchoring effect, reducing loss of prestress due to friction and the like.

Optical-fiber-embedded and FRP-wrapped SMA composite bar with force sensing, stress driving and structural reinforcement integrated

A method for determining a compressive strength of compression-cast rubber fine aggregate concrete is provided. The method includes: first strength information of normal cast concrete, second strength information of corresponding normal cast rubber fine aggregate concrete, and third strength information of compression-cast rubber fine aggregate concrete; a target equation between a compressive strength of the normal cast concrete, a compressive strength of the compression-cast rubber fine aggregate concrete, the rubber substitution rate and a compression stress is constructed according to the first strength information, the second strength information and the third strength information; target parameters of the compression-cast rubber fine aggregate concrete are acquired, and the target parameters are inputted into the target equation which outputs a current compressive strength of the compression-cast rubber fine aggregate concrete. The compressive strength of the compression-cast rubber fine aggregate concrete can be accurately determined.

The composite component includes multiple longitudinal reinforcements, in which a first area, a second area and a third area corresponding to underwater, splash and atmosphere are arranged along an extending direction of each longitudinal reinforcement, respectively; a first spiral rib, which is wound around the multiple longitudinal reinforcements in the first area; a second spiral rib, which is wound around the multiple longitudinal reinforcements in the second area; a third spiral rib, which is wound around the multiple longitudinal reinforcements in the third area; a concrete; a power supply, where the first spiral rib, the second spiral rib and the third spiral rib are connected with a positive electrode of the power supply, and the longitudinal reinforcement is connected with a negative electrode of the power supply.

The alkali-activated geopolymer coating, is prepared by raw materials including the following components: an aluminosilicate mineral, an alkali activator, and a performance additive; wherein the aluminosilicate mineral comprises fly ash, slag, and metakaolin; the performance additive comprises a polymer powder, titanium dioxide, a silicone defoamer, and a water-reducing admixture; and a mass ratio of the aluminosilicate mineral, the alkali activator, and the performance additive is in a range of 100:(60-80):(4-15).

Alkali-activated geopolymer coating, and preparation method and use thereof

A method for determining an optimal fiber content and fiber slenderness ratio in compression-cast fiber-reinforced concrete (CCFRC). The method includes: step 1, determining an optimal range of pressure of CCFRC with a mix proportion; step 2, applying optimal compressive stress to a fiber-reinforced concrete mixture, and performing a uniaxial compression test after demolding and curing; step 3, keeping the slenderness ratio of the fiber in step 1 and the optimal compressive stress in step 2 unchanged, decreasing or increasing content of the fiber, and repeating step 2 to obtain a mechanical property of CCFRC with different content of the fiber; and step 4, keeping the content of the fiber in step 1 and the optimal compressive stress in step 2 unchanged, decreasing or increasing a slenderness ratio of the fiber, and repeating step 2 to obtain a mechanical property of CCFRC with a different slenderness ratio of the fiber.

The optimization method includes: determining a cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, a maximum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, and a minimum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity according to basic material parameters and a design value of a bending moment; determining whether the cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, the maximum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity, and the minimum cross-sectional bending bearing capacity meet a first preset condition; if yes, determining a maximum steel bar area according to the basic material parameters; determining a maximum ductility of a steel bar beam; determining whether the maximum ductility and the target ductility meet a second preset condition; if yes, determining a minimum steel bar area and a maximum FRP bar area according to the maximum steel bar area; and determining an actual steel bar area and an actual FRP bar area.
