An electrical connector includes a terminal housing. A first terminal is retained in the terminal housing for movement relative to the terminal housing. A second terminal is also retained in the terminal housing for movement relative to the terminal housing. A flexible bus bar is connected to the first terminal and to the second terminal. The first terminal is able to be moved independently of the second terminal.

A terminal holder includes a holder body. Two terminal mounts extend through the holder body. Each terminal mount includes a terminal shroud that defines a terminal space around a terminal axis. A lock flange extends from the terminal shroud toward the terminal axis. A lock finger also extends from the terminal shroud toward the terminal axis. The lock flange and the lock finger are spaced apart to define a terminal lock space therebetween.

An electrical connector assembly includes first and second electrical connectors that are identical in structure. The first electrical connector includes a first housing component having a terminal recess provided therein, a second housing component having a terminal recess provided therein, and a wire terminal assembly including an electrical terminal that is supported by the terminal recesses provided in the first and second housing components of the first electrical connector. A connector pair, which is selectively separable, includes a first connector configured to secure first terminals of a first connector wire therein and a second connector, identical to the first connector, configured to secure second terminals of a second connector wire therein. Each of the first and second connectors includes a lower housing including a wire retention channel that receives the respective first or second connector wire therein, terminal retention channels that receive the respective first or second terminals therein, and a latch connector. An upper housing includes securement members that lock to the respective lower housing to retain the respective first or second connector wires and the respective first or second terminals therein. A latch is configured to mate with the latch connector of the opposed connector to retain the first and second connectors together.

An electric terminal housing includes a terminal cavity. The terminal cavity extends along a cavity axis from an insertion end to a mate end. The terminal cavity is adapted to hold an electric terminal. The terminal housing includes a terminal lock. The terminal lock includes a resilient arm that extends from the housing into the terminal cavity. The terminal lock includes a rib that extends from the arm toward the cavity axis.

An electrical connector includes a housing having an interior space and a retaining finger extending into the interior space. An electrical terminal and a terminal position assurance are each disposed within the interior space of the housing. The terminal position assurance is movable relative to the housing between (1) a pre-lock position, wherein the retaining finger prevents the electrical terminal from being withdrawn from the interior space of the housing, and the terminal position assurance does not prevent the retaining finger from moving relative to the housing; (2) a service position, wherein the retaining finger does not prevent the electrical terminal from being withdrawn from the interior space of the housing; and (3) a lock position, wherein the retaining finger prevents the electrical terminal from being withdrawn from the interior space of the housing, and the terminal position assurance prevents the retaining finger from moving relative to the housing.

An electrical connector includes a connector housing having a first end and an opposed second end, a pair of release stops extending generally radially outward and adjacent to the first end, and a pair of deflection buttons extending longitudinally cantilevered from a pivot base having a lateral axis and having free ends extending toward the first end and located adjacent to and radially outward from respective ones of the release stops when in an unflexed state. The electrical connector also includes a latch arm extending longitudinally cantilevered from the pivot base toward the second end, with a free end of the latch arm including a latch lock configured to selectively engage a barb on a mating connector.

An integrated assembly of an electrical conductor, a fuse, and a connector includes a conductor body having a conductor terminal secured thereto. A conductor housing includes a support portion engaging the conductor body and a connector interface containing the conductor terminal. The conductor cover is releasably secured to the support portion and covers the conductor body. The fuse is disposed within the connector interface and is connected to the conductor terminal. A connector includes a connector housing that is supported on the connector interface and a connector terminal that is disposed within the connector housing. The connector terminal is connected to the fuse to complete the integrated assembly.

An electrical terminal includes a terminal base. A mate portion is attached to the terminal base and is adapted to mate with a corresponding electrical terminal. A conductor contact portion includes a box attached to the terminal base. The box defines an interior space. A lever extends from a wall of the box. The lever includes a curved portion that extends toward the terminal base. The lever is adapted to engage a conductor of a wire inserted into the box. The lever includes lift tabs that extend from the lever to outside the box.

A fuse adapter assembly includes a fuse adapter having an adapter base. A fuse shroud extends from the adapter base and defines a fuse cavity. An adapter shroud also extends from the adapter base and defines an adapter terminal space. A fuse terminal opening passes through the adapter base between the fuse cavity and the adapter terminal space. A fuse enclosure is located within the fuse cavity and is configured to retain a fuse. The fuse cavity is configured to engage a header and the adapter shroud is configured to engage an electrical connector.

An electrical terminal includes a terminal base. A mate portion is attached to the terminal base. The mate portion is adapted to mate with a corresponding electrical terminal. The electrical terminal includes a conductor contact portion. The conductor contact portion includes a box attached to the terminal base. A lever extends from one wall of the box. The lever is curved to extend toward the terminal base. The lever is adapted to engage a conductor of a wire inserted into the box. The electrical terminal also includes an insulation contact portion. The insulation contact portion is attached to the terminal base. The insulation contact portion is adapted to engage an insulation of the wire.

An electrical connector includes a first housing. A second housing is moveable relative to the first housing. The electrical connector includes a lever mounted on the first housing for relative rotational movement. The lever may move between a pre-stage position and a final position. The lever engages the second housing to move the second housing linearly between a pre-stage position and a seated position relative to the first housing. The electrical connector includes a pre-lock that retains the lever in the pre-stage position relative to the first housing. A pre-lock release on the second housing releases the pre-lock when the second housing is in the pre-stage position relative to the first housing. Releasing the pre-lock allows movement of the lever relative to the first housing.

A header assembly includes a header having a header base. An engagement portion extends from the header base and defines a bus bar space. A header shroud also extends from the header base and defines a terminal space. A terminal opening passes through the header base between the bus bar space and the terminal space. An electrical connector assembly includes a first connector including a first electrical terminal and a second connector including a second electrical terminal. The connector position assurance includes a stop tab. The first block is positioned to engage the stop tab when the connector position assurance is located in the pre-lock position.
