An inflation control system for an inflatable may comprise a compressed fluid source, a valve module, a temperature sensor, and a controller. The valve module is connected to the compressed fluid source and configured to control a flow of gas to the inflatable. The temperature sensor measures an ambient temperature and outputs the ambient temperature measurement. The controller is operably coupled to the valve module and configured to receive the ambient temperature measurement and determine an open-valve time based on the ambient temperature measurement, the open-valve time being a duration of time the valve module is in an open position.

An evacuation slide light system may comprise a sensor, a controller configured to receive a signal from the sensor, and a plurality of lights operably coupled to the controller. The sensor may be configured to measure at least one of a pressure of the evacuation slide or a stretch of a material of the evacuation slide. The controller may determine the pressure of the evacuation slide based on the signal from the sensor. The controller may be configured to cause the plurality of lights to emit a first color if the pressure of the evacuation slide is less than a threshold pressure and to emit a second color if the pressure of the evacuation slide is greater than or equal to the threshold pressure.

An inflation control system for an inflatable device may comprise: a compressed fluid source; a solenoid valve connected to the compressed fluid source and configured to control a flow of gas to the inflatable device; and a control circuit comprising a power source, a pressure switch, and an electrical switch, the control circuit configured to energize, via the power source, the solenoid valve in response to both the pressure switch and the electrical switch being in a closed state, the pressure switch configured to open and de-energize the solenoid valve in response to being exposed to a pressure at or exceeding a pressure threshold.

An evacuation slide light system may comprise a sensor, a controller configured to receive a signal from the sensor, and a projector light operably coupled to the controller. The sensor may be configured to measure at least one of a pressure of the evacuation slide or a stretch of a material of the evacuation slide. The controller may determine the pressure of the evacuation slide based on the signal from the sensor. The controller may be configured to command the projector light to emit a first image if the pressure of the evacuation slide is less than a threshold pressure and to emit a second image if the pressure of the evacuation slide is greater than or equal to the threshold pressure.
