A method of operating a vehicular system includes charging, by a controller and via an electric vehicle charge station, a low-voltage battery when a module powered by the low-voltage battery is awake and an SOC of the low-voltage battery is less than a threshold; and in response to the SOC exceeding the threshold, commanding by the controller the module to enter a sleep mode for a sleep duration defined by a power usage of the module such that as the power usage changes, the sleep duration changes.

Variable wakeup of a high-voltage charger based on low-voltage system parameters

A present location of a host vehicle is determined. A processor detects that the host vehicle is connected to a charging station. A predetermined setting associated with the present location is accessed. A charging indicator light that indicates that the vehicle is connected to a charging station in accordance with the predetermined setting is actuated.

A vehicle charging system may include a parking area, indicia, and a wireless charging station. The indicia may be disposed on the parking area and define a plurality of vehicle parking spots. The wireless charging station may include a primary charge coil and a mechanical conveyor having the primary charge coil mounted thereon. The mechanical conveyor may be configured to move the primary charge coil across and between the parking spots defined by the indicia.

Vehicle charging system

A vehicle includes a climate control system configured to regulate temperature within a cabin. The vehicle also includes a battery compartment disposed within the trunk, and a soft trim component that at least partially defines space within the trunk of the vehicle. The vehicle is further provided with a rigid insulative material formed upon and supporting a section of the soft trim such that the insulative material and section define a duct fluidly connecting the cabin and battery compartment in order to cool the battery compartment.

Battery cooling apparatus

Air is supplied from a passenger cabin of a vehicle to an intake passage between the passenger cabin and a battery of the vehicle. The vehicle may be an electric vehicle such as a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) or a battery-only electric vehicle (BEV). A signal indicating a blockage of air flow through the battery is generated in response to a difference in temperature exceeding a predetermined magnitude. The difference in temperature is between (i) the intake passage and (ii) the passenger cabin.

A computer implemented method includes detecting a vehicle state for which a user is to be notified. The method also includes sending a notification for a user regarding the vehicle state. The method further includes receiving a response that a do not disturb mode is enabled for the user. The method additionally includes queuing the notification for later delivery. The method also includes re-sending the notification for the user at a later point in time than when an original notification was sent.

Method and apparatus for do not disturb message delivery

An interior body trim assembly includes a trim panel and a closure member. The trim panel has an indented panel portion with an outline of part of an outer boundary of a passage. The closure member meets the trim panel with a portion of the closure member extending over the indented panel portion. The portion of the closure member and the indented panel portion complete the outer boundary of the passage and thereby form the passage.
