A bioprinting system comprises: a) a printing module containing at least one printhead for printing transferable objects of biological interest and at least one target, b) a feed source for the printhead for printing objects of biological interest, c) an activation means for the transfer of the objects of biological interest to the target, d) a means for relative displacement of the printhead with respect to the target, e) a sterilizable sealed enclosure, characterized in that —the printing module is placed the sterilizable sealed enclosure —the activation means is located outside of the sterilizable sealed enclosure, —and the sterilizable sealed enclosure has a leaktight interaction zone with the activation means.

Enclosed bioprinting device

A printing method employs a piece of equipment comprising an energy-delivering exciter that is orientable to produce a punctiform interaction with at least one ink that possibly contains non-uniformities and that is deposited on a printing medium including a transparent interaction area, in order to cause the transfer of a targeted portion of the ink to a receiver. The method includes a step of generating a wetting film at least partially covering the transparent interaction area, followed by a step of depositing the ink on the surface of the wetting film and transferring steps.

Three-dimensional additive printing method

A bio-printing process comprises a step of preparing a target digital model representative of the three-dimensional organization of the tissue to be produced, a step of controlling a bio-printing instrument for the deposition of a plurality of layers of living cells and of biomaterials, a step of calculation of a digital printing model as a function of the digital model of the product to be produced, and of a model predicting change, and also characteristics of the constituents to be printed. The step of controlling the bio-printing instrument is carried out according to the digital printing model calculated in this way. A system is also described for implementing this process.

Bioprinting process

An apparatus for transferring bio-ink onto a target having a slide defining a receiving area of a film of fluid containing inhomogeneities, a laser source associated with controlled diversion means and an optical block for focusing in a plane of the fluid film in order to apply a local pulse, wherein the apparatus also comprises imaging means and means for analyzing images in order to recognize the geometric positions of the inhomogeneities in the film, and an observable feature of each of the inhomogeneities (size, shape factor, type of particles, age of the particle, density, type of biomaterial, molecule, etc.) recognized by the appropriate analysis means. The apparatus further comprises selection means for selecting at least one of the inhomogeneous areas, and means for controlling the diversion in order to direct the laser beam toward the position of the inhomogeneous area and trigger the firing of the laser.

Apparatus for the transfer of bio-ink

A device for deposition of particles on a target from a transparent slide having a film formed by a fluid containing suspended particles, by locally exciting the film using a laser, includes means for observing the local excitation region. The observation means comprise a sensor and a light source, the optical axes of which are substantially shared in a space between an optical splitter and the film. The optical beam of the imaging system and the optical beam of the laser are coaxially arranged in the space between the controlled optical deflection means and the film. The device comprises a first focusing optical unit arranged between the controlled optical deflection means and the film. The device comprises a second image-combining optical unit positioned between the sensor and the splitter, the sensor being positioned in the focal plane of the second optical unit.
