A valve device for an internal combustion engine. The valve device includes an actuator which moves a valve rod, a housing with an inlet and an outlet, a valve closing member attached to the valve rod which is lowered onto and lifted off of a first valve seat, a non-return plate which is loaded via a spring force in a direction of a second valve seat, and a sealing lip which is formed on the second valve seat or on the non-return plate. The sealing lip extends from the second valve seat in a direction of the non-return plate or from the non-return plate in a direction of the second valve seat. The sealing lip is formed with a free end which is inclined in a direction of a side on which a higher pressure is applied when the non-return plate rests on the second valve seat.

Valve device for an internal combustion engine

An actuator for a valve in an internal combustion engine includes a housing, an electric drive unit arranged in an interior of the housing, an aeration opening arranged in the housing, a plug configured to electrically connect the electric drive unit to a voltage source, and a membrane comprising pores. The membrane is configured to close the aeration opening in the housing.

Actuator for valves in internal combustion engines

An actuator for a valve in an internal combustion engine includes an actuator housing, an electromagnet arranged in the actuator housing, the electromagnet comprising a yoke plate arranged at an axial end of the actuator housing, at least one clamping plate, and a sealing ring arranged at an axial side of the yoke plate facing the electromagnet. The sealing ring is pressed axially towards the yoke plate via the at least one clamping plate.

A side channel blower includes a housing comprising a substantially tangential outlet. A housing cover comprises an axial inlet. At least one conveying duct is configured so that the axial inlet fluidly communicates with the outlet. An impeller is driven by a drive unit. The impeller is rotatably supported in the housing and comprises conveying blades which cooperate with the at least one conveying duct. An interruption region is arranged between the outlet and the axial inlet. The interruption region comprises a radially limiting wall and interrupts the at least one conveying duct in a circumferential direction. A first recess is arranged in the radially limiting wall of the interruption region downstream of the outlet. Further recesses are arranged in the interruption region before the axial inlet and after the outlet. A smallest distance between the further recesses is 0.5 to 3 times a distance between two conveying blades.

Side channel blower, in particular a secondary air blower for an internal combustion machine

A valve device for an internal combustion engine includes a drive unit. A drive housing in which the drive unit is arranged. A valve unit is configured to be moved by the drive unit. The valve unit comprises a valve rod and a valve closure member. A flow housing comprises a fluid inlet channel and a fluid outlet channel. A connection cross section of the fluid inlet channel and the fluid outlet channel is configured to be controlled by the valve closure member. A pressure detection chamber is fluidically connected with the fluid inlet channel. A pressure sensor is arranged in the pressure detection chamber and is integrated in the drive housing. The pressure sensor comprises a pressure detection surface arranged in a plane. A normal of the pressure detection surface is arranged so as to be perpendicular to a direction of a fluid flow into the pressure detection chamber.
