Each scissor frame of the patient positioning table has a first and a second scissor arm connected in an X-shaped arrangement to pivot about a common pivot axis via a lifting facility for vertically moving the positioning table. The lifting facility includes a roller arrangement configured to be moved by a traction device. The roller arrangement is arranged between, and guides, arm segments of the scissor frames. The arm segments open in a V-shape, wherein the traction device is fixed in position by at least one end and is led via a roller unit having deflecting rollers, one located upstream of the roller arrangement and one located downstream of the roller arrangement. The position of the roller arrangement between the arm segments is variable with the aid of a drive facility, which interacts with the traction device.

The method includes: providing a body value of a patient; setting an operating parameter of a drive chain via a control unit configured to control the drive chain as a function of the body value in such a manner that a speed value of the patient couch is increased and a rocking of the patient couch during the movement of the patient couch is at least partially suppressed; and moving the patient couch via the drive chain in accordance with the increased speed value to perform the medical imaging.

A computer-implemented method for generating training data for training an algorithm for estimating positioning variances in an imaging apparatus of an x-ray imaging system is provided. An imaging method is simulated, in order to generate two or more simulated x-ray recordings, wherein a positioning of the imaging apparatus is simulated in accordance with the faulty positioning data. An annotated training data record is generated and stored, wherein the training data record contains two or more simulated x-ray recordings and at least one positioning variance as an annotation of the two or more simulated x-ray recordings.

A medical examination or treatment facility includes a C-arm, arranged on a support bracket of a robot configured to move the C-arm in space. In an embodiment, the C-arm is made up of a plurality of arm elements in the form of sheet metal parts and at least one coupling unit including at least one cast metal part for coupling the C-arm to the support bracket.

An examination and/or treatment device includes a multi-axis robot having an articulated arm that can be moved in space as well as leads received in a flexible cladding tube and guided to one or more examination or treatment devices arranged on the articulated arm or a support arranged thereon. In an embodiment, on the articulated arm is provided a carriage arrangement including a carriage, having at least one deflection roller and that can be linearly displaced against at least one restoring element that builds up a restoring force. The cladding tube or a guide tube surrounding the cladding tube is guided around the deflection roller.

Examination and/or treatment device comprising a multi-axis robot

The disclosure provides a device having a C-arm, the C-arm including a main body of which the cross-sectional profile is formed as a double H, an outer wall, an inner wall and two side walls of the main body forming a rectangular cavity. The device also includes running wires arranged on the main body and running rollers, on which the C-arm is movably mounted, rolling on the running wires. The running wires and the running rollers are arranged in such a way that at least 50 percent of the mounting forces acting on the running wires due to the running rollers is introduced into the side walls of the main body. The disclosure also provides an x-ray imager having such a device. The disclosure offers the advantage that undesired oscillations of the C-arm are avoided.

A system for protecting cables and lines is provided. The system includes a telescopic C-arm and a cable carrier. The telescopic C-arm includes an outer C-arm, an inner C-arm, an outer carriage, and an inner carriage. The outer C-arm, on an outer surface of the outer C-arm, is arranged in a displaceable manner along the outer carriage. The inner C-arm, on an outer surface of the inner C-arm, is arranged in a fixed or displaceable manner on the inner carriage. The inner carriage is arranged in a displaceable manner along an inner surface of the outer C-arm. The cable carrier connects the outer carriage and the inner carriage. The cable carrier accommodates the cables and the lines and is configured to move freely between the outer C-arm and the inner C-arm.

A C-arm mounting apparatus for an x-ray imaging device includes a C-arm, a C-arm holding unit, and at least one cage guide unit. The at least one cage guide unit is moveably arranged between the C-arm and the C-arm holding unit. The C-arm is moveably mounted on the C-arm holding unit. The at least one cage guide unit includes a plurality of rolling bodies and at least one rolling body cage. The small overlap between the C-arm and the C-arm holding unit may facilitate greater rotations about an isocenter. An x-ray imaging device includes a C-arm mounting apparatus.

An arrangement for the active vibration compensation of an x-ray emitter includes a counteracting vibration generation unit arranged outside of the x-ray emitter for reducing a vibration produced during operation of the x-ray emitter. The counteracting vibration generation unit is actively connected to the x-ray emitter and generates a counteracting vibration that is phase-shifted by 180 degrees relative to the vibration. By attaching active counteracting vibrators in the vicinity of the vibration generator, vibrations generated by the x-ray emitter are directly reduced at the source. A further transfer of vibrations to other system parts such as a C-armis reduced and/or prevented.

Arrangement and method for the active vibration dampening of an x-ray emitter from outside of the x-ray emitter

In an arrangement and method for active vibration compensation of an x-ray radiator, a counter-vibration generation unit is arranged within the x-ray radiator to reduce a vibration arising during operation of the x-ray radiator. The counter-vibration generating unit is engaged in an active connection with the x-ray radiator and generates a counter-vibration that is phase-shifted by 180 degrees relative to the operational vibration. Operational vibrations generated by the x-ray radiator can be directly reduced at the point of origin by the application of active counter-vibrations in the immediate proximity of the vibration generator. Additional vibration transmission to other system parts (for example a C-arm) is thereby reduced or prevented.

Arrangement and method for active vibration damping within an X-ray radiator

A patient support table is provided. The patient support table includes a table plate that may be moved manually or by at least one motor having a control facility. At least one sensor is provided on the table plate. The at least one sensor is operable to determine a force exerted by a user on the table plate for table plate movement and produce a sensor signal. The at least one sensor is operable to communicate with the control facility of the motor. The control facility is operable to control the motor as a function of the sensor signal that is based on a predetermined reference force value such that the reference force value is not exceeded during the table movement.
