Described herein is a process for the production of a pultrudate by mixing (a) di- or polyisocyanates, (b) compounds having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanates, (c) catalyst, (d) mold-release agent, and optionally, (e) other auxiliaries and additional substances, to give a pultrusion resin system, and wetting and hardening a fiber material therewith, where the di- and polyisocyanates (a) are mixed with a polyol component (B) including compounds (b) having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanates, catalysts (c) mold-release agents (d) and optionally other auxiliaries and additional substances (e), and the pH of the polyol component (B) is in the range from 6.5 to 8.5. Also described herein is a pultrudate obtainable by this process.

Method for producing pultruded products on the basis of polyurethane

The present invention relates to a pultrusion resin system, comprising (a) di- or polyisocyanates, (b) compounds having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanates, (c) catalyst, (d) polybasic acid with functionality greater than or equal to 2 and, optionally, (e) further auxiliaries and additives, where the boiling point of the polybasic acid is at least 200&#xb0; C. at standard pressure and it is soluble in the compound having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanates. The invention further relates to a process for producing a pultrudate, and also to this pultrudate.

Polyurethane-based pultrusion resin system

The present invention relates to a process for producing a polyurethane lamination resin, by mixing a) an isocyanate prepolymer based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate having a difunctionally started polyether, b) polyphenylene polymethylene polyisocyanate, c) trifunctionally started polyetherpolyol with an average molar mass of from 350 to 600 g/mol, d) a thermoactivatable capped catalyst, e) if appropriate, chain extender and/or crosslinking agent, f) if appropriate, water-absorbent substances, and g) if appropriate, other additives to give the polyurethane lamination resin. The present invention further relates to a polyurethane lamination resin, obtainable via a process of this type, and to the use of this type of polyurethane lamination resin for producing laminates, and also to skis or snowboards, comprising this type of laminate.
