A drive system () for a harvesting machine has a drive train () connected by a coupling device () with a drive motor (). The drive train () has a hydrostatic transmission () with a variable displacement pump () and a hydraulic motor () connected in a closed circuit to the pump (). The hydraulic motor () is connected to a feeder device (). For quickly stopping the feeder device (), the pump () is set to a displacement of zero by an electronic control system () and the feeder device () is braked by a pressure protection device (). For a chopper device (), the hydraulic motor () is cut off by the electronic control system (). The drive train () is isolated from the drive motor () by uncoupling the coupling device () and the pump () is set to the maximum displacement volume.

A drive train of a vehicle has a drive motor and a traction drive driven by the drive motor. A hydraulic work system has at least one hydraulic pump driven by the drive motor. To deliver torque into the drive train and/or to absorb torque from the drive train, the drive train is provided with an additional hydraulic machine which can be placed in communication with a hydraulic pressure accumulator and/or a tank and can be operated as a pump and a motor in the same direction of rotation. The hydraulic machine has an inlet connection and an outlet connection and a switching valve device is provided to control the connection of the inlet connection and the outlet connection with the pressure accumulator or the tank.

A hydromechanical transmission has a hydraulic pump-driven hydraulic motor of a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission and a mechanical multi-step variable speed transmission connected to a drive shaft of the hydraulic motor, which can be shifted into operation by a gear shifting device. In order to adapt the hydromechanical transmission with as compact as possible a design to diverse installation cases with little effort, the gear shifting device is arranged directly adjacent to the hydraulic motor and is consolidated with the latter into a preassembled constructional unit.

This invention relates to a drive train () of a mobile vehicle with an internal combustion engine () and a load device () driven by the internal combustion engine (). The internal combustion engine () is controlled by an electronic engine control unit () and the load device () is controlled by an electronic control unit (). A low idle speed (n) for the operation of the internal combustion engine at no load is stored in the engine control unit (). The electronic control unit () detects a pause in the operation of the load device () and transmits a speed setpoint (n) for standby operation of the internal combustion engine to the engine control unit () to operate the internal combustion engine () at idle during a pause in operation at the speed setpoint (n), which is below the low idle speed (n) for standby operation.

Drive train of a mobile vehicle

A traction drive of a machine has an internal combustion engine, a transmission module located downstream of the engine and having an adjustable output speed, and a drive axle with a differential transmission, having a mechanical drive connection with the transmission module. The transmission module is a removable, replaceable, and interchangeable transmission module () which can be selected from a plurality of transmission modules () having different transmission types, each with a standardized input interface and a standardized output interface. A first transmission module () can be a hydrostatic compact transmission having a hydraulic pump () with an adjustable hydraulic delivery volume, and a hydraulic motor () in a functional hydraulic connection with the pump (). A second transmission module () can be an electric compact transmission having a generator () and an electric motor () in a functional electrical connection with it.

Traction drive of a machine with an interchangeable transmission module

A working machine, such as an industrial truck, having a spring-loaded brake having a braking position and a release position and controlled by a brake valve producing a brake-release pressure. The brake valve is operatively connected to a service brake input device, such as a brake pedal, and can be acted upon in the direction of a reduction in the brake-release pressure arising at the spring-loaded brake when the service brake input device is actuated. It being possible, on actuation, for the service brake input device to be operatively connected to a pre-stressed spring device, which is operatively connected to the brake valve and can be acted upon in the direction of an increase in the spring force on increasing actuation of the service brake input device.

Industrial truck

The invention relates to a traction drive for a working machine, in particular an industrial truck, including an electrical converter having a generator (), which is drive-connected to a combustion engine (), and a traction motor (or), which is combined with the generator () in spatial terms to form one structural unit. In order to increase the performance of the traction drive whilst having a high degree of efficiency and in order to achieve a simple design, the electrical converter (generator, traction motors) has, according to the invention, an operating voltage of more than 100 volts, in particular more than 200 volts, and is connected to a cooling liquid cycle.

A mobile machine, such as an industrial truck, has heat-emitting drive components (K) of a traction drive and a hydraulic work system. The traction drive includes at least one electric traction motor () and a traction motor control system (). The hydraulic work system includes at least one electric pump motor () and a pump motor control system (). At least some of the drive components (K) are located in a cooling circuit. The cooling circuit has a cooling device (), to which, on the output side, the traction motor (), the pump motor (), the traction motor control (), and the pump motor control system () are connected, and which can be connected on the input side, depending on the fluid temperature in a reservoir () of the hydraulic work system, to the reservoir () or to a return line of the heat-emitting drive components (K).

A drive axle for a working machine, in particular an industrial truck, has at least one electrical traction motor (or) and a second electrical machine, the traction motor (or) being arranged in the axial direction. In order to extend the field of use of the drive axle, according to the invention, the second electrical machine is electrically connected to the traction motor (or) and forms, together with the traction motor, an electrical converter. The second electrical machine is drive-connected to a combustion engine () and is provided as the generator () of the electrical converter.
