A method for producing an arrangement for a vehicle roof can have the steps of providing a first element with a first end and a second end, the element being couplable by the first end to the vehicle roof. The method can also have the steps of providing a pumpable substance with predetermined material properties, and applying the provided substance by injection molding at a predetermined position at the second end of the first element and thereby forming a second element such that the second element is coupled to the first element and is pivotable relative to the first element about an axis of rotation (A). An arrangement and system for a vehicle roof is also provided.

Arrangement and method for producing an arrangement for a vehicle roof and a system for a motor vehicle with a vehicle roof

A cover for a vehicle roof, which can be raised in its rear region by deployment means in order to open the opening. The deployment means may have a cover having a front edge and a rear edge, which lies opposite the front edge. The deployment means may have a sliding carriage which can be displaced in a guide rail in the vehicle longitudinal direction by a drive. The deployment means may also have a deployment lever that has a front end region, a rear end region and a coupling element arranged between the front end region and rear end region. The deployment means may have a slotted guide carriage arranged to be displaceable in the guide rail in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and a control rod coupled to the sliding carriage and guided to be displaceable relative to the guide rail in the vehicle longitudinal direction.

Arrangement comprising a cover for a vehicle roof

An arrangement for a vehicle roof having a cover which, starting from a closure position, can be raised for opening by deployment means in the rear region thereof and which can be displaced backward over the vehicle roof. The deployment means have a sliding member which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle by a drive and which has a first slotted guide. The deployment means also have a second slotted guide which is secured to the vehicle, and have a first control lever pivotably supported in the rear region on the cover and is coupled to the first slotted guide and the second slotted guide, so that, starting from the closure position of the cover, when the sliding member is displaced in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a movement of the cover in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is initially locked by means of the first control lever.

Arrangement for a vehicle roof with a cover

The invention relates to a vehicle roof comprising a liftable covering element that can be displaced above a fixed roof section. A control mechanism for the covering element is respectively provided on both sides of the covering element. According to the invention, the control mechanism comprises a drive carriage, a rear release lever which is connected to the covering element in the region of the rear edge thereof in an articulated manner, a front release lever which is connected to the covering element in the region of the front edge thereof in an articulated manner, and a coupling lever which is rotatably connected to the front release lever, co-operates with the drive carriage, and can be displaced in a release position in relation to the drive carriage in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The displacement of the drive carriage in the direction of the rear of the vehicle causes firstly an outward pivoting of the rear release lever from a closing position of the covering element, and an outward pivoting of the front release lever when an abutment is reached between the drive carriage and the coupling lever.

The present invention provides an actuating device for a wind deflector device in a vehicle, with a roof opening and a roof closure element, wherein the actuating device has at least one actuating cable which can be coupled to a sun-shielding device, wherein the actuating cable can actuate the sun-shielding device when it is coupled to the sun-shielding device, wherein the actuating cable can be moved in a first direction in which the sun-shielding device uncovers the roof opening, wherein the actuating cable can be decoupled from the sun-shielding device in a predetermined position, and wherein, in the state in which it is decoupled from the sun-shielding device, the actuating cable can be moved further in the first direction and, in the process, can adjust the wind deflector device.

Openable motor vehicle spoiler roof, with at least one cover carrier for a cover which can be raised at its rear edge by pivoting the cover and in the raised state can be displaced to the rear in the lengthwise direction of the roof. The cover carrier is movably guided in the lengthwise direction of the roof by means of a first and second slide elements and is provided with a guide path with which a control carriage, which is also movably guided along the roof-mounted guide in the lengthwise direction of the roof, is engaged. The second slide element is connected to the cover carrier via a coupling element which is coupled to the cover carrier. At least during the pivoting movements of the cover, the second slide element can be moved over the coupling element depending on the motion of the control carriage.

An openable motor vehicle roof, which is provided with at least one cover () which, in the closed position, closes at least part of a roof opening (), with a carriage () which can be moved in the lengthwise direction of the roof in a first roof-mounted guide () by a drive, and with a cover-mounted cover carrier () which is movably guided in the lengthwise direction of the roof by a first sliding element () in a second roof-mounted guide () and by a second sliding element () which is offset to the rear relative to the first sliding element in the third roof-mounted guide (). An openable motor vehicle roof is provided which includes a cover which in the closed position closes at least part of the roof opening, a cover-mounted cover carrier which is provided with a first crank path, and a slide which can be moved in the lengthwise direction of the roof by means of a drive in a first roof-mounted guide channel. The front area of the cover is movably guided in a second roof-mounted guide channel. A first engagement element, positioned on the raising lever, engages the first crank path and a second engagement element, attached to the raising lever, is movably guided in a third roof-mounted guide channel to control a raising motion of a raising lever. The rear edge of the cover can be raised out of the closed position by moving the slide by means of the raising lever. The first crank path is shaped such that when the raising lever is not raised, the displacement of the first engagement element in the first crank path causes a raising motion of the cover.

A sunshade arrangement for a transparent motor vehicle part, especially for a motor vehicle roof with a transparent roof section. The sunshade arrangement has at least one sunshade element which is located on the motor vehicle part or under the roof section, which can be extended to the front edge and/or the rear edge of the motor vehicle part or a roof cutout, and which is movably supported in the lengthwise direction of the motor vehicle so as be movable both in an at least partially extended position and also in the retracted position.

A motor vehicle roof with a roof opening formed in a fixed roof skin with two transparent successive displaceable covers for closing and at least partially clearing the roof opening, the two covers being raisable at a rear edge into a rear spoiler position. In order to increase the comfort of the passengers, an extendible sunshade unit is supported underneath each cover and can be moved with the respective cover, so that each cover can be at least partially covered by the extendible sunshade unit in the spoiler position.

A motor vehicle roof with a cover (3) which can be activated by means of cover mechanism (6) and which selectively closes an opening (2) in a fixed roof surface (1) or at least partially exposes the opening (2) by being raised at its rear edge, achieves increased safety against the cover being forced out to the top and enables the vehicle roof to be configured so as to eliminate height adjustment, by the cover (3) resting in the closed state with both its front edge (4) and its rear edge (5) underlying the fixed roof surface (1). Advantageously, a pretensioning force is exerted by the cover (3) on the fixed roof (1), so that one of these two parts impresses its outline on the other.

Motor vehicle roof

Ventilation roof for vehicles with a roof opening made in a roof skin, a roof opening that can be closed by a cover that is connected to an adjustment mechanism having front and rear height adjustment devices. The cover can be swung by the front height adjustment devices, starting from a closed position, around a pivot axis, lying near its rear edge, into a ventilation position in which the cover front edge lies below the height of roof skin, while the cover rear edge is kept at approximately the height of the roof skin. The rear of the cover can be lowered below the roof skin by the rear height adjustment devices, and the lowered cover can be slid rearward underneath the roof skin into an open position. The front height adjustment devices each have a positively adjustable pivoted lever that is rotatable about an axis that is fixed relative to the roof and with which the cover is detachably coupled only when it is shifted fully forward.
