In order to provide a solenoid valve () with a valve housing (), in which an electric coil () and a magnet armature () are arranged, and with a valve element () which can be actuated by the magnet armature () in an axial actuation direction for opening and closing the solenoid valve (), wherein a valve lift of the valve element () can be limited in a simple manner, it is provided according to the invention that the coil () be arranged on a coil carrier (), wherein an end section (), axially facing the magnet armature (), of the coil carrier () is designed as an end stop for the magnet armature () in order to limit an axial movement of the magnet armature (), and that the coil carrier () be formed from a plastic, wherein the coil () is at least partially integrated into the coil carrier ().

Solenoid valve

Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to packing rings. In one example embodiment, a packing ring is disclosed including first and second axial ring ends, at least three ring segments, and at least three relief openings. The at least three relief openings each have a first relief opening end opening into the radially inside inner circumferential surface of the ring segment. The first relief opening ends of two relief openings arranged adjacent to one another in the circumferential direction are spaced apart from one another at a relief opening circumferential distance. The first relief opening ends are closer in the axial direction to the first axial ring end than to the second axial ring end and are spaced apart at a relief opening axial distance from the first axial ring end, which is 4% to 20% of the axial ring width of the ring segment.

Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to an electromagnetic actuator for actuating a valve of a piston compressor. Power electronics of the actuator are arranged in an actuator housing between a coil and an axial actuator end of the actuator, on which an actuation opening for an actuation element is provided, wherein the power electronics are separated from the coil by a housing wall of the actuator housing, wherein a printed circuit board of the power electronics is arranged on a fastening surface provided on the housing wall, wherein electrical coil contacts of the coil extend through the housing wall and are connected to the printed circuit board.

Various aspects of the invention are directed to a triggering device for a quickly triggering extinguishing system for explosion suppression. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the triggering device may include a pawl body having a pawl flank, a catch, at least one electromagnet to transmit an electromagnetic field, and a sliding pin. The sliding pin triggers an extinguishing system for explosion suppression by movement from a blocking position into a release position. In the blocking position, the sliding pin is pushed against the pawl flank of the pawl body by means of the catch and is held in the blocking position by said pawl flank. The pawl body releases the engagement of the catch and the pawl flank, and thereby releases the sliding pin, in response to the at least one electromagnet exerting the electromagnetic field on the pawl body.

Method and mold for producing sealing plates by injection molding

An invention refers to a lubricant injector, a lubrication system and a method for providing lubricant for a piston machine. The lubricant injector is provided with a lubricant inlet conduit and an outlet opening, through which a lubricant is supplied to an inner space to be lubricated of a piston machine. The outlet opening may be selectively opened and closed by means of a needle valve, which is actuated by a magnet coil. The lubricant injector has a flow sensor suitable for determining the quantity of lubricant delivered through the outlet opening.

A valve plate () made of fiber-reinforced plastic for gas exchange valves for reciprocating piston compressors comprises at least two concentric sealing rings () which cooperate with corresponding sealing surfaces () at the valve seal () by way of profiled sealing surface () and that are connected by way of radial webs (). A shutoff valve () which is switchable in a cycled manner for capacity regulation by temporarily shutting off the intake gas feed is designed as a multi-element ring valve, and is directly actuated by means of an electromagnet (). The actuating forces for switching the shutoff valve () may be kept small via pressure compensation from the intake gas feed () to behind the anchor plate ().

High temperatures of the sealing medium occur in a hydraulic sealing medium barrier for sealing a piston rod of a piston compressor, and there is the risk of soil and abrasion being deposited there and interfering with the function of the seal. To prevent this, a sealing configuration () which is provided for circulating sealing medium through an outlet line () for sealing medium which is connected to the recess (), and a circulating device () is provided, with which the sealing medium is circulated through the recess () while maintaining the pressure (p) of the sealing medium through the inlet and the outlet line ().

A cylinder head for a two-stage reciprocating piston compressor includes an intercooler that is designed as a cooled overflow channel between the pressure side of the first stage and the suction side of the second stage, wherein the overflow channel has a substantially slot-like cross-section, and the overflow channel is in addition divided by at least one indirectly cooled center rib so that therefrom at least two overflow channel portions and are created. The cylinder head has a cylinder head upper part and a cylinder head lower part, the cross-section of the indirectly cooled center rib is divided in its longitudinal extent thereby forming a passage gap between the overflow channels and that run on both sides, and one portion of the center rib is formed from the cylinder head upper part and the other portion of the center rib is formed from the cylinder head lower part.
