A torsional vibration damper arrangement includes a vibration damper device () having a deflection mass carrier () and at least one deflection mass () which is supported at the deflection mass carrier () such that it can be deflected out of a basic position at a maximum distance from the axis of rotation (A) into a deflection position at a shorter distance from the axis of rotation (A), wherein the secondary side () has at least one circumferential supporting element (') having at least one circumferential supporting region () and a secondary-side mass element () which is preferably shaped like an annular disk. First connection elements () connect the secondary-side mass element () to the at least one circumferential supporting element () and to the deflection mass carrier ().

A torsional vibration damper, especially a dual-mass flywheel, has a primary side and a secondary side, which is free to rotate around an axis of rotation relative to the primary side. Starting from a rotation in a direction of rotation around a forward base angle (&#x3b3;), a forward base spring arrangement exerts a forward base restoring force on the secondary side. Starting from rotation around a forward auxiliary angle (&#x3b4;), which is greater than the forward base angle (&#x3b3;), a forward auxiliary spring arrangement exerts an additional forward auxiliary restoring force. Upon rotation around a forward limit angle (&#x3b5;), both spring arrangements come to a stop together.

Torsional vibration damper, especially a dual-mass flywheel

A drive unit with a drive and an electric machine, the drive being equipped with a drive shaft and the electric machine with a stator and a rotor. The rotor is coaxial to the stator and connected to the drive shaft for the transmission of torque, where the stator and the rotor interact with each other across an air gap, and where the drive shaft causes the rotor to execute a wobbling motion. In a cross section parallel to the drive shaft, the geometric course of at least one of the two surfaces forming the boundaries of the air gap, i.e., the surface of the rotor or the surface of the stator, is designed so that it at least approximates the geometric slowing curve (V ) described by the wobbling motion of the rotor.

A double clutch assembly comprising a first clutch area for the optional production of a torque-transmitting connection between a drive element and a first driven element, a second clutch area for the optional production of a torque-transmitting connection between the drive element and a second driven element, and a common engaging/disengaging mechanism, by means of which the first clutch area and the second clutch area can be actuated to produce or to nullify the torque-transmitting condition.

Double clutch assembly

A drive system, in particular for a vehicle, includes an electric machine, by means of which a shaft can be driven to rotate and/or electrical energy can be obtained when the shaft rotates. The electric machine includes a stator arrangement with a stator interaction region and a rotor arrangement with a rotor interaction region. The rotor interaction region is coupled or can be coupled to the shaft for common rotation by means of a carrier arrangement. A torsional-vibration damper arrangement includes which is formed at least in part by said carrier arrangement, a primary side and a secondary side which can rotate, counter to the action of a damper element arrangement, about an axis of rotation (A) with respect to the primary side.

A clutch disk is provided having a connecting arrangement, by means of which the friction linings can execute a radial movement with respect to the hub rotation axis and/or tilting movement with respect to a plane orthogonal to the hub rotation axis.

A first clutch area produces a first torque-transmitting connection between a drive element and a first driven element, and a second clutch area produces a second torque-transmitting connection between the drive element and a second driven element. A common engaging/disengaging mechanism actuates the first clutch area and the second clutch area to produce and to nullify the first and second torque-transmitting connections.

A drive system having an electric machine, by which a drive shaft of a drive assembly is capable of being driven in rotation and/or electric energy is capable of being recovered during the rotation of the drive shaft. The electric machine has a stator arrangement and a rotor arrangement connected or connectable to the drive shaft for joint rotation about an axis of rotation. A positive guidance arrangement is provided via which the rotor arrangement and the stator arrangement are guided relative to one another when a relative axial movement is carried out for assembling or dismantling the electric machine.

A drive system for a motor vehicle includes an electric machine arranged for driving a driveshaft of a drive unit and obtaining electrical energy during rotation of the driveshaft. The electric machine has a stator arrangement and a rotor arrangement which is connectable to the driveshaft for common rotation. The rotor arrangement is connectable to the driveshaft via an elastic connecting arrangement.

A torsional vibration damper is embodied with a drive-side transmission element and an output-side transmission element, one of which is connected to the gear element of a gear active between the two transmission elements. The gear element is placed into movement during relative movements of the two transmission elements. The gear element is effective as the drive for at least one mass associated with it. Upon a position change of the mass relative to the rotational center of the transmission elements, a change occurs in the moment of inertia caused by the mass. The gear element is connected to the mass by a gear device that transforms its movement and/or changes the translation.

A torsional vibration damper has a first flywheel mass on the drive side and a second flywheel mass which is rotatable relative to the first flywheel mass and is connected therewith via a torsional damping device. At least one of the flywheel masses is provided with a grease chamber containing a viscous medium for at least partial accommodation of the torsional damping device. There is at least one opening which is provided with a closure and axially penetrates at least one wall of the flywheel mass for filling the grease chamber with the viscous medium. The closure is formed by a cover which is accommodated at the respective flywheel mass and movable in the axial direction relative to the opening. In a sealing position the cover covers the opening, and a filling position is removable from the opening by a connection piece which can be guided through the opening for filling the grease chamber.

A torsional vibration damper has a drive-side transmission element and an output-side transmission element rotatable relative thereto that is connected to the drive-side transmission element via a damping device. The damping device includes a first gear element and a second gear element that are in a meshed engagement with each other via a first set of teeth and a second set of teeth, respectively. The sets of teeth for each gear element is provided on the axial sides of the gear elements. A positioning device axially positions the gear elements relative to each other for adjusting the penetration depth of the meshed engagement of the first and second sets of teeth.

A centrifugal mass device having at least two centrifugal masses which are rotatable relative to each other against the effect of elastic elements of a torsional damping device. The output-side centrifugal mass, which is more distant from a drive, e.g., the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, is run radially as well as axially relative to the drive-side centrifugal mass via a support. The support has an axial slide bearing that borders a grease chamber containing a viscous medium, which grease chamber accommodates, at least partially, the torsional damping device. To form a seal for the grease chamber, the axial slide bearing is radially encompassed along at least a portion of its axial extension by at least one axial projection provided on at least one of the centrifugal masses, whereby the axial projection is close to but separated by a gap from an associated region of the other centrifugal mass.

A friction clutch with a housing, a clutch disk having friction facings, and a diaphragm spring which presses a pressure plate against the clutch disk, contacts a knife edge formed at the pressure plate when the clutch is engaged, and lifts off from this knife edge to open the clutch. The housing and the diaphragm spring are connected so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to one another. The housing has a plurality of recesses which are arranged so as to be distributed along the circumference at the height of the knife edge. The diaphragm spring is provided on the radial outer side with a corresponding quantity of fingers, each of which engages in a recess when the clutch is open.
