An actuator for a hydraulic valve for a cam phaser, the actuator comprising a magnetisable actuator housing that envelops a magnet coil; a pole group that is arranged in a housing receiver opening of the magnetisable actuator housing, wherein the pole group includes a pole core and a pole tube, wherein the pole core and the pole tube are connected by a connection bar and the pole core is connected with the connection bar by a pole core cone, or the pole tube is connected with the connection bar by a pole tube cone, wherein an armature is received axially movable in an inner space of the pole group.

Actuator for hydraulic valve

A kit including a cam phaser, including a central valve that is configured to distribute a pressure fluid, and an actuator that controls the central valve, a rotor that is rotatably supported in a stator, wherein the cam phaser is driven or drivable by a dry running traction drive, wherein a pressure fluid distribution chamber that is fillable with the pressure fluid through the central valve is provided between the cam phaser and the actuator, wherein the pressure fluid distribution chamber is connected with an armature chamber of the actuator and sealed towards an ambient, wherein the actuator includes at least one armature that is movable by a coil, a pole core and a pole tube that form a pole tube assembly, and wherein the pressure fluid distribution chamber is sealed by a bonded or friction locking and form locking connection of the actuator with the central valve.

Cam phaser kit

An electromagnetic actuator including an actuator unit; and an actuation unit acting in an axial direction, wherein the actuator unit includes a coil generating a magnetic field and including a pole core that is arranged within the coil, wherein at least two permanent magnets are arranged adjoining a face of the pole core in the axial direction so that the at least two permanent magnets are applicable to the face of the pole core and movable in the axial direction so that the at least two permanent magnets are drivable by the coil independently from each other.
