A pull-out guide assembly for drawers is provided by means of which a drawer can be pulled out of a body of a piece of furniture over its entire depth, while still being anchored in the supporting rails on the side of the body. The assembly includes supporting rails on the sides of the body, pull-out rails fastened to the drawer and center rails arranged between the supporting and pull-out rails. Carriages are arranged between the rails, rollers transferring the load from one rail to the other being mounted in the carriages. Locking- and control members are provided to control the course of movement of the individual members of the pull-out guide or to hold the members of the pull-out guide together, when the drawer has been entirely taken out of the body of the piece, thus facilitating the reinsertion of the drawer into the body of the piece of furniture.

A hinge with a snap-in mechanism is activated by a spring. The spring is housed in a bush-like member pivotally mounted on a hinge axle of the hinge arm. There are two hinge links that connect the hinge arm with the hinge casing. The bush-like member presses on one hinge link when the hinge is in its closed position but rests mainly or completely on the hinge axle of the hinge link when the hinge is in its open position.

A pull-out guide for drawers with which the drawer can be pulled completely free of the cabinet and is still held in the latter has a structure such that on each side of the drawer is a holding member attached to the drawer and a holding member attached to the side wall of the cabinet, both holding members being elongated and have a running surface for a roller placed between the holding members and mounted in the middle of an intermediate rail. The holding members have a rack profile and a part of the roller is a pinion engaging in the racks.

A hinge includes a hinge arm mounted on a mounting plate on a furniture side wall. A hinge casing is insertable into a bore in the door. The hinge casing and the hinge arm connected by two hinge links. The hinge has a closing mechanism activated by a spring which acts on one of the hinge links. This hinge link is a lever with two arms, one of which is telescopic.

A hinge for a furniture door includes a hinge arm which carries the hinge links. The hinge arm is mounted on a mounting plate, and the latter is fixed on a furniture side wall. The hinge arm is secured to the mounting plate by means of screws and by means of such screws is also adjustable with respect to the mounting plate. The mounting plate is made of sheet metal and has a U-shaped cross-section. The two lateral flanges of the mounting plate rest on the furniture side wall.

A pull-out guide assembly for drawers or the like with which the drawer can be pulled free of a cabinet while it is still held by the guide assembly. The guide assembly has an intermediate rail on each side of the drawer which moves between, and with respect to, the drawer and the cabinet. The movement is steered by a belt forming a closed loop. The belt is carried on the intermediate rail and is connected both with the drawer and the cabinet.

A withdrawal guide for drawers or the like, where the drawer has two external sides, for use in a fixed structure, the latter having two internal sides, includes two support rails disposed on each of the fixed structure sides, respectively, two guide rails disposed on the external sides of the drawer, respectively, and two mobile units. Each mobile unit includes at least two rollers. The rollers are supported between a corresponding guide and support rail for taking up vertical forces. The support rails and/or the guide rails having a stop for the mobile units. Each mobile unit is formed with at least one clamping means being a fixed part of the mobile unit, co-acting with the track in which the mobile unit is held, when the drawer is pulled out from the fixed structure for securing the mobile unit in the inward-movable direction of the withdrawal guide.

A furniture connector consists of two parts, one a dowel pin or a screw, and the other a dowel casing of wider diameter than the pin or screw. The pin or screw is insertable and securable in the casing thereby bracing or welding the casing into a hole of the furniture part.

A drawer guide assembly includes supporting rails and rollers running on the supporting rails, the rollers being held in a roller-carrier and on the side of the drawer running in a member which is insertable into the side-wall of the drawer.

Dowels holding a mounting plate, e.g. for furniture hinges, include relatively soft dowel parts and a hard expansion member.

A furniture hinge includes a mounting plate, a hinge arm and a hinge casing, the hinge arm and the casing being connected by means of hinge links. The hinge arm is held on the mounting plate by screws, one screw being an inclined adjusting screw.

A guide rail assembly for furniture doors includes slide rails fixed to doors, supporting rails fixed to a body and roller-carriers interdisposed between such slide and supporting rails.

A hinge includes a hinge casing made of plastic material and a cover plate made of metal which is securable on the hinge casing to cover the top of the casing such that when the latter is mounted in a furniture door there is given the impression that the casing is made of metal.

Attachment holes are formed in a first piece of furniture, and a dowel hole is formed in a second piece of furniture. A hinge unit includes a hinge arm having attached thereto a mounting plate, a cup-shaped dowel dimensioned to fit within the dowel hole, and a pair of toggle joints connecting the hinge arm and the cup-shaped dowel to form a quadrangular hinge linkage, with the mounting plate having extending therefrom rods dimensioned to fit in the attachment holes. First pins having first hook members are permanently mounted within and rotatably extended through the mounting plate at positions eccentric to the longitudinal axes of the rods. Second pins having second hook members are permanently mounted within and rotatably extended through the cup-shaped dowel at positions adjacent the edge thereof. The hinge unit is positioned in the closed position thereof, and the rods of the mounting plate are inserted into the attachment holes of the first piece of furniture. The first pins are then rotated such that the first hook members are moved outwardly of the rods and are driven into and embedded in the lateral wall surfaces of the attachment holes. The second piece of furniture is then moved in a direction substantially at a right angle to the first piece of furniture until the cup-shaped dowel is inserted into the dowel hole. The second pins are then rotated such that the second hook members are moved outwardly of the cup-shaped dowel and are driven into and embedded in the lateral wall surface of the dowel hole.
