An adjusting device for positioning support surface segments of an operating table is disclosed and may have a four-bar linkage, in which a base element of the operating table and a support surface segment of a patient bearing surface of the operating table are connected. The four-bar linkage may have a first guide bar and a second guide bar. The support surface segment may be connected to the four-bar linkage so that it can pivot about the second pivot.

A clamping claw is disclosed. The clamping claw includes a base body with a support surface that rests on a slide rail and a clamp assembly. The clamp assembly includes a shaft mounted rotatably about a first rotational axis and a support element pivotably mounted about a second rotational axis. The clamping claw includes an activating member connected to the clamp assembly and configured to place the clamp assembly into a locked state in which the support surface and the support element both rest on the slide rail. The support element is moveable between a starting position and support position via the activating member. When the support element is in the support position, the clamp assembly is in the locked state. The clamping claw includes a locking mechanism to prevent movement of the activating member if the support element is in an intermediate position between the starting and support positions.

An operating table device for securing an accessory to an operating table is disclosed. The operating table device has a first securing assembly configured to attach the operating table device to the operating table, and a second securing assembly configured to attach an elongated member of the accessory to the operating table device. The second securing assembly includes a clamping assembly configured to clamp the elongated member of the accessory in the aperture. A cross section of the aperture has a polygonal shape, the polygonal shape being formed from at least two superimposed shapes, each of the at least two superimposed shapes having straight sides.

An operating table clamp is disclosed. The operating table clamp has a base body, a clamp assembly disposed on the base body, the clamp assembly having at least one bearing member configured to bear against the operating table member, and an activating member that is connected to the clamp assembly, the clamp assembly being brought by the activating member into a locked state in which the bearing member of the clamp assembly bears against the operating table member. In the locked state of the clamp assembly, the bearing member engages with an edge region of the operating table member, the edge region including an edge that is disposed between a first operating table member surface and a second operating table member surface, the first and second operating table member surfaces being angled relative to each other.
