A fork lift truck is provided having a vehicle frame () and a lifting mechanism (). An axle body () of a front axle of the fork lift truck is fastened to the vehicle frame () by at least one elastic bearing. The lifting mechanism () is connected with the axle body () by a non-elastic bearing or by a rigid connecting element. The elastic bearing is configured such that a relative movement that takes place in the event of a tilting of the lifting mechanism () between the axle body () and the vehicle frame () can be equalized by the elastic bearing.

Fork lift truck with elastic bearing

A fork lift truck is provided with a lifting frame, a rear weight and a driver's cab. The driver's cab forms a load-bearing component of the fork lift truck, whereby there are two bearings for the lifting frame at some vertical distance from each other, by which the lifting frame is connected in a force-transmitting connection with the driver's cab. Each bearing for the lifting frame is suitable for the transmission of compression forces or tension forces. There is also a bearing for the rear weight, by which the rear weight is connected in a force-transmitting connection with the driver's cab. The bearing for the rear weight is suitable for the transmission of forces and moments.

Fork lift truck

A fork lift truck is provided having a vehicle frame ( ) and a lifting mechanism ( ). An axle body ( ) of a front axle of the fork lift truck is fastened to the vehicle frame ( ) by at least one elastic bearing. The lifting mechanism ( ) is connected with the axle body ( ) by a non-elastic bearing or by a rigid connecting element. The elastic bearing is configured such that a relative movement that takes place in the event of a tilting of the lifting mechanism ( ) between the axle body ( ) and the vehicle frame ( ) can be equalized by the elastic bearing.

A forklift truck includes two driven front wheels, a lifting device, and at least one elevatable component. A flexible hydraulic line is wound up on a drum of the forklift truck. The hydraulic line connects the elevatable component with a non-elevatable component of the forklift truck. The drum is preferably located at least partly between the front wheels of the forklift truck. The front wheels are each driven by respective wheel motors.

Forklift truck with a lifting device

An industrial truck includes a lifting apparatus, in particular a lifting mast, and a driver's workplace. To provide an industrial truck in which injuries caused by the operator touching the lifting apparatus can be effectively prevented, a safety device is provided which is effectively connected with a drive device of the lifting apparatus and/or of an actuator device of the lifting apparatus. In one advantageous embodiment, the safety device is effectively connected with a sensor device, whereby depending on the signal of the sensor device, the drive device of the lifting apparatus can receive a signal and/or the actuator device of the lifting apparatus can be enabled. The sensor device is located on a steering device, such as a steering wheel, and detects contact with the steering wheel by the driver's one hand.

Industrial truck with safety device

An industrial truck, in particular a fork lift truck, is provided having a one-piece or multiple-piece vehicle frame, a driver's cab and one or more oscillation-generating components. The driver's cab has a rigid connection to the vehicle frame, with at least one elastic damping element located between at least one oscillation-generating component and a part of the vehicle frame connected with the driver's cab. At least one oscillation-generating component can be fastened directly or indirectly to the rear weight.

A forklift truck has a frame, a cab including a roof to protect the driver and a lift support structure connected to the frame. A load-carrying fork is mounted on the lift support structure for vertical movement and the lift support structure, the roof and the frame are all welded together to form a single load-bearing assembly.

Forklift truck

A forklift vehicle having a tiltable lift frame on its forward end which can be inclined relative to a horizontal axis located on the front of the vehicle. Spaced vertical support columns located on the rear of the vehicle and a cross member connecting the upper ends of the support columns. A driver cab on the vehicle positioned between the lift frame and the support columns. A protective cover over the driver cab including a support element which is mechanically connected to the lift frame and to a support column.

Forklift vehicle

A frame for a scoop loader, fork lift or like vehicle is provided having two lateral carriers whose lower sections are bent to the middle of the vehicle and connected to form a trough like frame that is open upward and adapted to be closed toward its rear by a counterweight connected thereto, a bearing half for supporting a wheel shaft located at the front of each lateral carrier and a pair of mating bearing halves on a separate connector component constituting a front cross piece for the frame and fastener means for connecting the bearing halves to form a complete assembly.

Frames for scoop loaders, fork lifts and the like

A fork-lift truck having a chassis provided with a counterweight to balance the weight of a load carried by the mast and fork of the vehicle and an internal-combustion engine for propelling the vehicle, e.g. via a hydrostatic transmission, has the passages for the flow of cooling air to and from the engine formed directly in the counterweight and provided with flow-deflecting bends to serve as noise dampers. The noise at least emitted from the intake duct is thus partially damped by absorption of acoustic energy in the relatively massive counterweight.

Fork-lift truck with internal-combustion engine

A hydraulically operated steering assembly for a floor-type industrial vehicle, such as a fork-lift truck, comprises an elongated axial body upon which the axle carriers for the respective wheel axles are mounted at its ends. The pivot axes between the knuckle and the axle body and between the hydraulic cylinder and the axle body coincide, i.e., the cylinder and the knuckle are pivoted coaxially on the body and preferably within the latter.

Hydraulic-actuated steering assembly for an industrial vehicle

A vehicle, especially a forklift truck, having an internal-combustion engine and a hydrostatic transmission driven thereby. The crankshaft of the engine extends parallel to the direction of travel of the vehicle, i.e., parallel to its longitudinal vertical median plane and the hydrostatic transmission has a pump connected with the crankshaft. The shaft of the pump is disposed on one side of this plane while the crankshaft of the engine is disposed on the opposite side of the median plane, the two shafts being interconnected by a belt drive.
