A lamp arrangement is provided having a lamp socket, a concave reflector body arranged on the lamp socket, an emitter arranged within the cavity of the reflector body and on the lamp socket, and preferably a filter disk, which covers an outlet opening of the reflector body for radiation. The reflector body is detachably connected with the lamp socket by a bayonet catch. Alternatively, the reflector body can be connected with the lamp socket by at least two gripping arms. The lamp arrangement is designed especially for use in the UV range.

The invention relates to a rectangular frame arrangement with one to two discoid radiation filters, as well as to a tanning module having such a frame arrangement. The rectangular frame arrangement has four corners and four lateral edges and, on a first lateral edge at least a first spring clip, and on a second lateral edge opposite the first lateral edge at least a second spring clip, the first and the second spring clip being joined together by at least one lateral bar, and at least the first spring clip being U-shaped with a first body portion, a first upper projection and a first bottom projection, a first radiation filter being arranged in a first marginal area between the at least one lateral bar and the first lower projection.

The invention relates to a tanning module with optimized guidance of the cooling air, having a housing, a three-dimensional reflector, and at least one windowpane-shaped radiation filter. The housing has on the side of the housing opposite the radiation filter the shape of a gable roof, a hip roof, or a false hip roof, the roof ridge being flattened and facing away from the radiation filter.

The invention relates to a rectangular frame system with one to two discoid radiation filters, as well as a tanning module with such a frame system. The rectangular frame system has an upper plate, a lower plate and two to three margin members, two margin members being opposite one another and joining the upper plate to the lower plate, the upper plate having a first opening whose perimeter describes a circle, an ellipse, a rectangle or a polygon, and the lower plate has a rectangular second opening, the second opening having a greater area than the first opening, and at least two double spring clips are arranged at the two opposite margin members, which border on side of the frame system at which no margin member is provided, such that between the lower plate and the double spring clips a first radiation filter is clamped.

The invention relates to a tanning module with optimized guidance of the flow of cooling air, with a housing, a reflector, and at least one discoid radiation filter. The housing has the shape of a quadrilateral pyramid with a rectangular base on a first side opposite the radiation filter and a flattened pyramid apex, the rectangular base facing toward the at least one radiation filter.

The invention relates to an optical radiator, especially for ultraviolet or infrared radiation, with a lamp bulb socketed without cement on one end, from which at least two connecting wires are brought through pinches, one at the top and the other at the bottom of the lamp bulb, the first connecting wire being affixed at the upper end of the lamp bulb to a stiff support bow, and the lower end of the stiff support bow being brought as a terminal pin through a first bore in a lamp base and is fastened to the latter by an anti-extraction lock. The invention is addressed to the problem of offering an optical radiator which can be made quickly and at low cost from a minimal number of parts. The problem is solved in that the second connecting wire at the bottom end of the lamp bulb is carried loosely through a second bore in the lamp base.

A reflector lamp unit with a bilaterally based discharge lamp is provided wherein at least one terminal post of the lamp has, in the area of at least one predetermined coding site as viewed in a plug-in direction, a tapered portion which, as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the bulb, has a specified tapered length and which, as viewed in the direction parallel to the longitudinal axis, has a specified lateral residual width. The unit has at least one mounting element which is closed off with a coding element which has, in the area of the coding site, a coding slot open in the plug-in direction and running in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the bulb, which corresponds to the tapered portion of the terminal post such that the slot length is shorter than the length of the tapered portion, and the slot has a minimal slot width which is adjusted so as to have a value between the lateral pin width and the residual width.

An optical emitter is provided, in particular for ultraviolet or infrared radiation, with a lamp bulb (1) from which extend at least two connecting wires (4, 5) for electrical connection, in each case through a stem press (2, 3) at the upper end and the lower end of the lamp bulb (1). The first connecting wire (4) is electrically connected with a first contact pin (15) via a flexurally rigid holding bracket (6), and the second connecting wire (5) is electrically connected with a second contact pin (16) via a metallic contact element (7). The contact pins (15, 16) each extend out from a bore of a ceramic base (10). To provide an improved optical emitter which can be manufactured with lower expenditures of time and cost, the holding bracket (6) and the first connecting pin (15) are designed in one piece and the first contact pin (15) is provided with an anti-slip safety on both sides of the first bore in the base (10).

A socket for receiving a radiation source, such as a luminous source, having a base, the base having at least one groove-shaped depression thereon, the socket having a bottom portion defining a receptacle for receiving the base; a pair of walls extending upwardly from the bottom portion and being spaced apart from each other so as to receive the base therebetween; at least one of the walls having at least one protuberance which projects inwardly of the socket toward the other of the walls; the at least one protuberance being receivable in a corresponding groove-shaped depression in the base so as to guide and retain the base in the socket; the socket and the base being shiftable relative to each other along an axis, wherein the at least one protuberance and the groove-shaped depression extend in a direction substantially parallel to the axis.
