A method of fabrication of a laminated glazing unit, includes cutting out a first through-hole in a first glass sheet; positioning a conducting wire and a film of thermoplastic polymer between the first glass sheet and a second glass sheet so that a first extremity and a second extremity of the conducting wire extend outside the laminated glazing unit to be formed, and feeding out the first extremity of the conducting wire via the first through-hole so that the first extremity exits the laminated glazing unit to be formed via the first through-hole, the conducting wire extending continuously from the first extremity to the second extremity, and after the positioning and feeding out, assembling the conducting wire, the film of thermoplastic polymer, the first glass sheet and the second glass sheet all together to form the laminated glazing.

Manufacturing process for laminated glazing unit

A vehicle antenna pane for separating a vehicle interior from external surroundings is presented. The pane has features that include an inner pane, an outer pane, at least one intermediate layer that connects an internal surface of the outer pane areally to an external surface of the inner pane, a planar antenna structure that is arranged between the inner pane and the outer pane, and a base plate that is arranged on an interior side in relation to the antenna structure. A dielectric is arranged between the antenna structure and the base plate, the dielectric being provided by means of the inner pane and the intermediate layer. A base of the antenna structure has a ratio of a length to a width of 1:1 to 10:1.

Vehicle antenna pane

An antenna pane is presented. The antenna pane has features that include an inner pane having an internal surface, an antenna structure made of an electrically conductive paste that is printed and fired into the internal surface of the inner pane, and a dielectric carrier element that is connected to the internal surface of the inner pane via an external surface of the dielectric carrier element. In one aspect, an internal surface of the dielectric carrier element has an electrically conductive base plate that is arranged in a region of an orthogonal projection of the antenna structure relative to the inner panel.

Antenna pane

A pane having at least two connection elements and one connecting conductor is described. The pane comprising a substrate with an electrically conductive structure on at least one subregion of the substrate, at least two electrical connection elements on at least one subregion of the electrically conductive structure, at least one contact area on the bottom of each connection element, a solder compound, which connects the contact areas of the electrical connection elements in at least one subregion to the electrically conductive structure, and a connecting conductor, which electrically conductively connects the connection elements to one another, wherein the contact areas of adjacent connection elements, which contact areas are closest to one another, are at a distance of at least 70 mm.

Disc having at least two electrical connection elements and connecting conductors

A pane, having at least one first pane with an outer face and an inner face is described. The pane has at least one electrically conductive transparent coating which is arranged on the outer face and/or the inner face of the first pane, and at least two busbars which are provided for connecting to a voltage source and which are connected to the electrically conductive transparent coating such that a current path for a heating current is formed between the busbars. The electrically conductive transparent coating has at least three regions with decoated structures.

Heatable pane with high-frequency transmission

A panel, having at least: at least one first panel having an outer face and an inner face, at least one transparent, electrically-conductive coating, which is arranged on the outer face and/or on the inner face of the first panel, and at least one region having at least one outer de-coated structure and one inner de-coated structure, the transparent, electrically-conductive coating being located between the outer de-coated structure and the inner de-coated structure and inside the inner de-coated structure.

Pane with high-frequency transmission

A heatable laminated side pane for an openable side window of a vehicle is described. The side pane has an upper edge, a lower edge, a front edge, and a rear edge. The side pane also includes an outer pane and an inner pane, which are bonded to one another via a thermoplastic intermediate layer. The side pane also has at least one heating wire embedded in the intermediate layer. The heating wire runs between a first busbar and a second busbar and is electrically connected to the busbars, which are arranged along the front edge or the rear edge.

Heatable laminated side pane

An electrically heatable antenna pane includes a transparent pane and an electrical heating layer extending over a portion of a pane surface. The pane serves at least section-wise as a planar antenna for receiving and/or transmitting electromagnetic waves. A first busbar and a second busbar electrically connectable to a voltage source and electrically conductingly connected to the heating layer are also described.

Electrically heatable windscreen antenna, and method for producing same

A laminated glazing unit including a first and a second glass sheet, the first glass sheet being equipped with a first through-hole, a spacer film of thermoplastic polymer disposed between the first and second glass sheets, at least one conducting wire buried within the spacer film or disposed between the spacer film and the first glass sheet or disposed between the spacer film and the second glass sheet, one end of each conducting wire exiting from the laminated glazing unit via the first through-hole in the first glass sheet. The conducting wires are fed through a laminated glazing unit, with a guaranteed quality of positioning of the conducting wires, an improved field of view and with no induced noise.
