A flexible coupling element for a shaft arrangement for articulated connection of two shaft sections. The flexible coupling element has a plurality of bushings, at least one primary loop bundle a support arrangement arranged on at least one bushing for axial guidance of the at least one primary loop bundle, and an elastic cover. The at least one primary loop bundle, the at least one support arrangement and the plurality of bushings are embedded at least partially in the elastic cover. With this flexible coupling element, it is also provided that the at least one primary loop bundle is wrapped around two neighboring bushing pair Neighboring bushing pairs are joined together by means of at least one secondary loop bundle which is secured separately on the at least one support arrangement.

A bushing arrangement for centring two shaft portions to be connected, having at least one outer bushing, and at least one inner bushing arranged radially inwards of the at least one outer bushing, the at least one outer bushing and the at least one inner bushing being connected via at least one elastomer body, on which at least one sealing lip is formed. At least one encircling recess is formed in the elastomer body which extends from one axial end of the bushing arrangement in such a manner into the elastomer body that the at least one recess extends radially around the at least one sealing lip and around at least a portion of the axial extent of the inner bushing.

Bushing arrangement for centring two shaft portions to be connected

A resilient joint member for a shaft arrangement is provided including a plurality of bushings arranged at predetermined angular intervals in the peripheral direction in relation to a center axis of the joint member, a plurality of loop bundles which loop around respectively two adjacent bushings, each bushing has at least two loop bundles looped around it, an elastic sheath in which the loop bundles and the bushings are at least partly embedded. The bushings have an axial tubular section around which there loop the loop bundles associated with the bushing and on which, at least at an axial end region. A collar element is arranged for axial support of one of the loop bundles at the axial end region and includes a support section that runs substantially radially with respect to the tubular section, and a fixing section is in contact with the tubular section.

Resilient joint member with space-saving collar bushing arrangement

An elastic joint body for a shaft arrangement for connecting two shaft portions in an articulated manner includes a plurality of bushings, a primary loop bundle, a support device, and an elastomeric casing. The primary loop bundle loops a bushing pair consisting of two adjacent bushings. The bushing pair being loadable in tension in the event of a torque transfer via the shaft portions. The support device is arranged on at least one bushing for axially guiding the primary loop bundle. The loop bundle, the support devices, and the bushings are at least partly embedded into the elastomeric casing. The adjacent bushings of at least some of the bushing pairs are connected to each other in a force-transmitting manner via at least one additional loop bundle, the at least one additional bundle being arranged in the elastomeric casing in a region in which none of the primary loop bundles extend.

Elastic joint body

An elastic joint body for a shaft arrangement for the articulated connection of two shaft sections includes a plurality of bushings disposed in the circumferential direction at predetermined angular distances relative to a central axis of the joint body, a plurality of loop bundles, and a rubber elastic casing. Each loop bundle loops around two adjacent bushings and each bushing is looped by at least two of the plurality of loop bundles. Each of the plurality of bushings is provided with a plurality of bushing components. A first bushing component has an axial shaft section against which one of the loop bundles rests and wherein a second bushing component has a radial collar section against which the loop bundle rests. The first bushing component rests, without fixing, against the second bushing component in a contact zone offset relative to the loop bundle in the axial direction.

Elastic joint body having a collar bushing arrangement to protect loops

An elastic joint body for a shaft arrangement for the articulated connection of two shaft sections, comprising a plurality of bushes () disposed in circumferential direction at predetermined angular distances in relation to a center line of the joint body, a plurality of loop assemblies (), wherein each loop assembly () is looped around in each case two adjacent bushes () and at least two loop assemblies () are looped around each bush (), a support device () that is disposed for axially guiding the plurality of loop assemblies () on at least one of the bushes, and a rubber-elastic sheath, into which the loop assemblies (), the support device () and the bushes () are at least partially embedded. According to the invention it is provided that the support device () comprises two axially outer shoulder elements (), which may be fitted on one of the bushes () and against which at least two of the loop assemblies () to be guided are positioned, wherein between said assembly loops () at least one axially inner intermediate disk () is disposed on one of the bushes () and is disposed at an angle obliquely relative to the center line (M) of the bush ().
