A housing cover and a housing are disclosed, which may be used in automotive vehicle construction. There, they serve for example for the purpose of offering protection to a sensitive component or to a group of components, for example a traction battery in the electric car, and, conversely, of protecting the environment from the component or the group of components or for example from electromagnetic radiation emanating from the component.

A mounting device with one metallic base plate, from which a plurality of mounting eyelets protrude. The mounting device is obtainable by incising a plurality of arc-shaped eyelet blanks while leaving two connection sections per eyelet blank into the surface of the base plate and production of the mounting eyelets by bending the eyelet blanks out of the base plate around a bending edge in the area of the connection sections. At least part of the eyelet blanks are arranged as groups of eyelet blanks with the latter being nested to each other. Preferably, the groups of eyelet blanks are arranged rotated relative to each other.

Mounting device

The present invention relates to a mounting device having a metallic base plate, from which multiple projections project, and a method for manufacturing this mounting device. The mounting device may be obtained by cutting multiple hook preforms into the surface of the base plate while leaving at least one bending edge per hook preform. Furthermore, hook-like projections are manufactured by bending the hook preforms out of the base plate around the bending edge and possibly lateral protrusions are manufactured on the projections or these are twisted.

The present invention thus relates to a mounting device having a metallic base plate, on which multiple fastening elements are provided, from each of which at least a partial area projects above the base plate. The mounting device is obtainable by incising fastening element blanks into the surface of the metallic base plate while leaving one connection edge per blank in such a way that they each have a web-shaped base area, which comprises the connection edge on one end, and a head area adjoining the base area, which projects laterally beyond the neighboring base area on at least one side. At least one partial area of the blanks is bent out of the base plate around at least one bending edge located in the base area. The projecting edge of the head area adjoining the base area runs at an angle between 0&#xb0; and 70&#xb0; in relation to the plane of the base plate after the fastening elements are bent out of the base plate. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing this mounting device.

The present invention relates to a mounting device having a metallic base plate, from which multiple fastening projections project, as well as a method for producing this mounting device. The mounting device is obtainable by incising multiple tab blanks into the surface of the base plate while leaving at least one connection section per tab blank. The fastening projections are produced by bending the tab blanks out of the base plate, multiple fastening projections forming a group and the fastening projections within the group being bent in such a way that sections lying distal from the base plate are inclined toward the interior of the group and a section lying between the connection section and inwardly inclined section projects toward the exterior of the group.

A gasket has sealing layer(s) with beads which are assigned to passage opening(s), and stopper layer(s) with a stopper which limits the resilience of the bead(s). The stopper is composed of a plurality of directly successive ridge-shaped elevations and groove-shaped depressions, both being trapezoidal in cross section and both being formed in on both sides of the stopper layer, with setting angles of the trapezium flanks. The trapezoidal elevations of the one side are situated opposite the trapezoidal depressions of the other side. A cross section (Q) which is delimited by opposing trapezium flanks which are adjacent to one another is the same or greater than a cross section (Q) which is delimited between the opposing depressions of the two sides.
