A rail assembly for rail vehicles having flanged wheels, in particular in the area of track covers and track crossings, as well as a profiled filling element therefor. The rail assembly () comprises a support structure () for a cover () which covers the space () directly alongside the rail (), the cover () acting as a guide rail and being easy to remove from the support structure (). Rail assembly for rail vehicles having flanged wheels

A damping arrangement for tracks to be travelled over by rail vehicles having flanged wheels, including a) a rail, and b) an outer lateral profile of elastomer material which bears on the outer side of the rail at least in a region of a lateral outer rail head flank and in a region of an outer rail head underside, wherein the outer lateral profile has, in the region of the outer rail head underside and in the region of the lateral outer rail head flank, close to the rail, a soft region which is elastically resilient with respect to the rail head, and, in the region of the lateral outer rail head flank, remote from the rail, a substantially non-elastic hard region.

Damping arrangement for tracks

A rail arrangement for rail vehicles furnished with flanged wheels. To reduce the risk of accident existing in connection with grooved rails, particularly for cyclists and pedestrians, a rail arrangement is provided including a. a rail () having a rail head (), a rail web () and a rail base (), the rail head () having a drive rail (), a guide rail () and a rail groove () lying therebetween; and b. a filler profile () arranged in the rail groove ().

Rail arrangement

A tube mat made of elastomer material in the form of an extrudate includes first and second front faces which are arranged in a vertical or angled manner in relation to the extrusion direction. A plurality of tubes extend in parallel in the extrusion direction between the two front faces. At least a portion of each tube is closed at adjustable distances whereby a closed air column respectively is formed and whereby the tube seal together with the tube mat forms a one-piece elastomer composite. A method for producing the tube mat is also provided in which after the extrusion, the tubes are closed at certain points by means of pressure and a pad roller, whereby beads and closing webs are produced. The pad roller is provided with pins that are distributed over the circumference of the roller. Vulcanization is carried out subsequently.

The invention relates to a rail system consisting of a rail, especially a grooved rail, comprising a head, stem and foot, whereby a base profile, made of an elastomeric material is for the most part arranged underneath the foot of the rail, in addition to guard rail tie bars that are preferably provided with an encasing profile made of an elastomeric material, a driving track made of concrete or other building materials with a built-in space for receiving the rail, packing made of an elastomeric material arranged on both sides of the rail, in addition to a fixture for said rail. The inventive rail system is characterized in that the packing, once it is adapted to the contour of the rail, fills the remaining gap entirely and is provided with electrical insulation.

Electrically insulating rail system

Elastic band-shaped base ( ) made of rubber or of a material similar to rubber for insulating and absorbing vibrations and impact sound, specially track-bed matting, wherein the base is fitted with spaced tubes ( ) running parallel to the ground side ( ) of the base on at least two planes (I, II). The tubes have a semicircular, semi-oval, or semi-ellipsoidal cross section. The invention is characterized in that two planes (I, II) are arranged at a distance (A) in relation to each other, irrespective of the total number of the planes of tubes, forming a continuous intermediate covering ( ) running parallel to the ground side ( ) of the base ( ), in such a way that the smoothed down sides of the tubes ( ) all face the intermediate covering ( ). The inventive design provides for advantageous construction parameters of the elastic base.

Elastic band-shaped base, specially track-bed matting

A rail arrangement includes a bullheaded rail having joint ties and a rail head, a rail bridge and a rail foot. There is a driving track made of concrete with an integrated joint, in which the rail is seated in connection with a substrate; as well as profiles made of elastomeric material. The profiles includes a base profile arranged below the foot of the rail and which has flanges on both sides which completely or partially grip around the foot of the rail. The base profile has a plurality of channels having a rhombic cross-sectional shape and extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail, which are arranged in the plane extending parallel with the underside of the foot of the rail. The channels at the edges of the base profile have a smaller cross sectional shape than the channels at the center area. There are two side profiles abutting the rail on both sides. One of the side profiles preferably has a tracking groove on the side of the wheel rim. There is also a joint tie coating.

The invention relates to a rail system (,) comprising a line of rails with fixations, cross ties (wood, concrete, etc.), an infrastructure (,) on which the cross ties are laid, as well as an elastomeric cross tie shoe, whose sidewall (,), which tapers upward, entirely or partially surrounds the cross tie, the inner sidewall being in the form of a flexible lip (,) sealingly laid against said cross tie (,); besides, between the bottom of the cross tie shoe (,) and the cross tie underside (,) is inserted an elastic intermediate layer (,). The rail system according to the invention (,) is characterized in that the sidewall (,) of the cross tie shoe (,) presents on its inner face (,) a pattern of ribs and grooves and that the elastic intermediate layer (,) is provided with extruded-like channels (,) located virtually in the same plane as that in which two geometries of alternating channels appear.
