A motor vehicle includes a floor subassembly and a storage cell subassembly. The floor subassembly is an integral part of a body of the motor vehicle. In other words, the floor subassembly is part of the body shell. The storage cells of the storage cell subassembly are disposed in the floor subassembly. The storage cells are accommodated in hollow-cylinder chambers of a multi-chamber hollow cylinder structure extending in the vertical direction of the vehicle.

An arrangement is provided for at least one induction coil for inductively charging an energy accumulator on an underbody of a motor vehicle. The induction coil is covered in the vertical direction of the vehicle, towards the base, at least partially by at least one cover element.

An at least partially moveable motor-vehicle outer skin is already known per se. An actuator formed of a polymer and/or ion-exchanging and/or other material exhibiting various conformations is provided so that the outer skin can be moved. This material is moveable as a result of physical or chemical effects. The novel outer skin of a motor vehicle requires no expensive tools for the production thereof. The flat section of the outer skin of the bodywork of a motor vehicle is made of a flexible material. A flexible material such as material for convertible top covers is easily moveable yet the surface thereof cannot be increased. This material is tensed at least over one part of the rib of the motor vehicle, e.g. over a space frame. At least one mechanically moveable adjusting element is provided beneath or on top of the edge of the section enabling the outer skin to be deformed. The adjusting element is normally connected to the rib of the motor vehicle.

A safety device is disclosed, particularly for a two-wheel vehicle, in which a vehicle frame, a safety belt device and a seat interact for protecting the driver. In the case of an accident, the driver is fixed on the vehicle by means of the safety belt device using belt tightening devices and by the shape of the seat. The vehicle frame protects the driver from injuries caused by shock during a collision.
