A solid, particulate composition having at least one water-soluble carrier material, at least one fragrance and at least one water-miscible organic solvent, wherein the carrier material is a water-containing salt (hydrate) whose water vapor partial pressure at a specific temperature in the range from 30 to 100&#xb0; C. corresponds to the HO partial pressure of the saturated solution of this salt, such that the salt melts at this temperature in its own crystal water. The invention further relates to processes for producing the solid composition, and to a washing or cleaning product including the solid composition. In addition, the present invention also relates to the use of a washing or cleaning product of this kind for cleaning of textiles or hard surfaces, and corresponding methods of cleaning textiles or hard surfaces using a washing or cleaning product of this kind.

Solid fragrance-containing composition with an inorganic/organic rheology modifier mixture

Solid perfume-containing composition

The invention relates to a process for the production of single-phase or multiphase detergent shaped bodies containing surfactant(s), builder(s), perfume and optionally other typical ingredients of detergent shaped bodies, in which a perfume-free detergent shaped body is subsequently treated with a perfume or perfume-containing active-substance mixtures. The end products of this flexible process are distinguished by an improved odor impression.

Perfumed detergent shaped bodies

Disclosed is a novel granulation method, wherein a surface active foam obtained by foaming a flowable component that contains a surface active agent with a gaseous medium is used as granulation adjuvant. The surface active foam has an average pore size of less than 10 mm.

Granulation method

The invention relates to a neutralization and granulation method wherein a neutralizing foam is used as granulation adjuvant. The neutralizing foam was previously obtained by mixing an anionic surfactant in its acid form, which was expanded using a gaseous medium, and a highly concentrated, aqueous alkaline component, which was expanded using a gaseous medium. The neutralizing foam has an average pore size of less than 10 mm, preferably less than 5 mm and especially less than 2 mm.

A spray-dried amorphous alkali metal silicate compound which provides multiple-cycle washing performance. The silicate compound has a molar ratio of M O to SiO of 1:1.5 to 1:3.3 wherein M represents an alkali metal. The compound contains 0.5 to less than 30% by weight of anionic surfactant and has an absorption capacity for liquid components which is at least 20% higher than that of the same quantity of the alkali metal silicate compound which is free from anionic surfactant.

Amorphous alkali metal silicate compound

A spray-dried amorphous alkali metal silicate compound which provides multiple-cycle washing performance. The silicate compound has a molar ratio of M,O to SiO,of 1:1.5 to 1:3.3 wherein M represents an alkali metal. The compound contains 0.5 to less than 30% by weight of anionic surfactant and has an absorption capacity for liquid components which is at least 20% higher than that of the same quantity of the alkali metal silicate compound which is free from anionic surfactant.

Spray-dried amorphous alkali metal silicate compound and its use in detergent compositions

A portioned detergent composition in a bag of water-soluble film in which at least 70% by weight of the particles of the detergent composition have particle sizes above 800 .mu.m. The choice of this particular particle size range eliminates otherwise typical production-related problems arising out of the permeability of the bag seams and resulting difficulties.
