A bush bearing wherein the spring excursion of the elastomer bearing body is limited in the radial and/or axial direction by at least one limit stop. At least one radially inwardly projecting bead operating as a radial and/or axial limit stop is formed in the outer sleeve in a region of at least one of the axial ends of the bearing ends. The radially inward apex of the bead forms a radial limit stop and/or the axially outer sidewall of the bead forms a bead or shoulder with an outer surface that is covered with the elastomer and represents an axial limit stop.

The invention is directed to an elastomeric bush bearing. A bearing of this type is substantially unaffected by torsional loads and has a simple design. The proposed bush bearing includes, in a conventional manner, an inner sleeve formed as a hollow cylinder, a sleeve-like outer element surrounding the inner sleeve, and an elastomeric bearing support disposed between the inner sleeve and the outer element. The elastomeric bearing support is formed as two parts, having an inner bearing support and an outer bearing support, with an inner element enclosed between the inner and outer bearing support. For improving the torsion characteristic, the inner bearing support according to the invention is formed by at least one elastomeric formed part which is inserted from one axial end of the support between the inner sleeve and the inner element, which is connected with the outer bearing support. The formed part is held by a pressed-on annular disk, wherein a radially inner region of the disk extends into the inner sleeve forming a press fit. The formed part forms a sliding surface for the inner sleeve and the inner element.

Elastomeric bush bearing with improved torsion characteristic

The invention is directed to a rubber mount for supporting a profile rod, and more particularly to a rubber mount for supporting a stabilizer of an automobile. It is the object of the invention to provide a mount of the aforedescribed type that can be installed on the profile rod easily, with only a few operating steps, preferably already at the manufacturer's site, and that has an simple and cost-effective construction. The proposed rubber mount includes an elastomer mounting body with an axially continuous slot which enables the mounting body to be pushed radially onto the profile rod for installation thereon. After installation, the mounting body can be secured with a clamping means (bracket), which according to the invention is formed on the mounting body itself. Stated differently, the bracket and mounting body are formed as a single piece, and the bracket is an integral component of the elastomer mounting body.

An elastic rubber bearing is provided with an intermediate tube, namely, a bush bearing with a reinforcing insert arranged in the elastomeric bearing body. The design of the bearing includes a pretension, which is distributed as uniformly as possible both in relation to the circumference and in the axial direction. The pretension is generated in the elastomer in a bearing body after the vulcanization by calibrating the outer sleeve. A reinforcing element of the bearing includes an intermediate tube slotted on two sides in relation to its axial extension.
