A plastic tank for a motor vehicle and a method for producing such a plastic tank for a motor vehicle. The tank shell has a multi-layered structure, including at least one layer composed of high-density polyethylene, at least one barrier layer, and at least one regrind layer composed of recycled plastic arranged between the at least one layer composed of high-density polyethylene and the at least one barrier layer. The at least one regrind layer and/or the at least one layer composed of high-density polyethylene contains spherical fillers or fibrous fillers.

Plastic tank

A motor vehicle includes a liquid container for receiving an operating liquid, a cooling circuit for cooling a drive motor of the motor vehicle via a cooling liquid circulating in the cooling circuit, at least one heating coil arranged in the liquid container, the heating coil being operatively attached to the cooling circuit so that the cooling liquid is to flow through the heating coil and thereby heat the operating liquid, and a connection line operatively attached to the cooling circuit to thereby form a secondary circuit through which the cooling liquid is to flow, wherein the heating coil is arranged in the secondary circuit.

Motor vehicle with liquid container

A filling device includes a filling pipe to extend into a liquid container for fluidic connection to the liquid container, a filling head operatively connected to the filling pipe, a venting pipe to vent the liquid container, the venting pipe having an open venting pipe section at an end thereof, and an indicator member configured to visually indicate a filling condition of the liquid container. During a filling sequence of the liquid container in a condition in which the liquid container is not full of liquid, the indicator member is to be impinged upon by outflowing air in the venting pipe at a force such that the indicator member assumes a first recognizable condition. During a filling sequence of the liquid container in a condition in which the liquid container is full of liquid, the indicator member is not impinged on by outflowing air in the venting pipe at a force such that the indicator member assumes a second recognizable condition.

Filling device

A vehicle tank having a container and a pair of spaced apart baffle plates directly connected to walls of the container to define a swirl pot. The baffle plates have at least one orifice which lies spatially above the swirl pot, and within the swirl pot, the baffle plates have valves to allow an inflow of fuel into the swirl pot.

Utility vehicle tank

A tank filler neck for a motor vehicle, and a motor vehicle having such a tank filler neck. The tank filler neck includes a plastic tube, a filler head composed of metal to enclose the plastic tube at an end thereof, and a first seal composed of an elastomer arranged on the circumference between the plastic tube and the filler head; a first seal composed of an elastomer, and which is arranged circumferentially between the first tube and the filler head; and a first supporting ring arranged opposite to the first seal in relation to the first tube, wherein the first supporting ring has a wall thickness that is greater than a wall thickness of the filler head.
