A separating system for separating individual container products from a frame assembly of plastic material, particularly polypropylene, has at least one stamping device () that at least partially separates the respective container product from a frame waste. By the stamping device () including a free fall body () separating the respective frame waste from the associated container product from an initial position during free fall, the separation can be carried out with very high speed (free fall) and additional mechanical components for applying a constraint force on the stamping body during the creating of the separating line can be omitted.

Method using separating system for containers

A separating device for separating individual container products from a frame assembly of plastic material, particularly polypropylene, has at least one stamping device () that at least partially separates the respective container product from a frame waste. By the stamping device () including a free fall body () separating the respective frame waste from the associated container product from an initial position during free fall, the separation can be carried out with very high speed (free fall) and additional mechanical components for applying a constraint force on the stamping body during the creating of the separating line can be omitted.

Separating device

A container of a plastic material is produced using a blow-fill-seal method, and has a container body () for receiving a fluid as well as a neck section () connected to the container body (). At the container free end, a dispensing opening () for fluid is sealed via a separating region () with a head section () that can be removed from the neck section () by actuating a movable sleeve section (). By releasing the separating region (), the dispensing opening () is exposed. From the unactuated state to the actuated state in which the separating region () is released, the sleeve section () is guided so as to be at least partially in contact with a guide path () that is part of the removable head section ().

Container comprising a single-piece head section

A receptacle, particularly a closed plastic ampoule produced in a blow molding method and filled in the mold, has a sleeve-type neck part () connected to a receptacle body () as an axial extension. The neck part forms a seat () for a pre-shaped insert () and is integrally molded in the mold onto a circumferential surface () of the insert (). The circumferential surface () is equipped with at least one surface irregularity () having an enclosed base surface such that, due to the integral molding of the neck part () onto the circumferential surface () of the insert (), a positive fit is present between the insert and the neck part (). The fit forms a fixing element. The axial extension of the base surface of the surface irregularity () is only a small fraction of the axial extension of the circumferential surface ().

A method produces an applicator for applying liquid or pasty media (), having a container () storing the medium (), and an application element () attached to the container () in a usage position such that the application element provides the medium () for application outside the container () by capillary action. A hose of thermoplastic plastic is extruded and inserted into a mold, forming a container () closed at the bottom by expanding the hose in the mold. The container () located in the mold is filled with the medium (). The container () is separated from the hose to form an opening accessible at the top side of the container (). The application element () is put into the usage position by inserting the application element through the opening of the hose and fastening the application element () while simultaneously creating a closure of the container () by moving movable mold parts of the mold.

Method for producing an applicator, and applicator

A method produces and fills containers () made of thermoplastic plastic, in which an extruded plastic hose is inserted into an open mold having movable mold parts. The mold parts forming the container () are closed. The hose is expanded by a pressure gradient acting on the hose to form the container (), preferably in the form of a bellows. The container is filled with filling material. The level of the filling material is raised by reducing container volume in the direction of the container opening. A container closure () for the container opening is formed from the hose by closing head jaws of the mold. In the region of the container closure (), one section of the plastic hose remains unclosed to form a venting cannula (). When the container volume is reduced, the level of the filling material is raised such that at least air is displaced from the container () through venting cannula (). The venting cannula () is closed by closing auxiliary head jaws.

Method for producing and filling containers made of thermoplastic with a container volume displacement step

A method for producing at least one structure () by laser action on at least one wall part () of a container wall () of a product, preferably a plastics container product () produced by a blow-molding, filling and sealing method. The particular structure () is introduced by the laser action, at least with the laser power, the period of action of the laser, the type of plastics material and the type of desired structure being taken into account, as a linear depression () in the one wall part (). The depression () is delimited at the edge and in a manner following the profile of the linear depression () by in each case one elevation () brought about under the influence of the intrinsic material stress of the plastics material.

Method for producing a structure and product produced by the method

A device minimizes the oxygen content in containers provided with a displacement medium or fluid by a feed unit (). The displacement medium displaces oxygen from the container before closing. The food device () has one medium feed channel to introduce the displacement medium into the container and being at least partially a component of a filling device () for filling the container. The filling device () has a filling mandrel () with a filling channel (), from which the media feed channel extends in a separated manner. The filling mandrel () has at least one further medium transport channel. The filling channel () is guided at its free cross-section in a ring channel region of the filling mandrel () having a larger cross-section. The filling channel () separates the medium feed channel from the medium transport channel within the ring channel region in a fluid-tight manner.

Device for minimizing oxygen content

An apparatus for producing at least one container, in particular in ampoule form, made of thermoplastic material, includes a mold () with mold components (). A first calibrating mandrel () and a second calibrating mandrel () are movable coaxially in relation to the longitudinal direction () of the container () and in relation to one another. The first calibrating mandrel () through the container () located in the mold () and the second calibrating mandrel () from the outer side of the container (), move into a shaping position in which they calibrate a bottom area that forms at least part of a container bottom between the mandrel ends. A severing device has a movable cutting or punching surface () to sever excess plastic material forming during the shaping process in interaction with a cutting or bearing edge on the mold components () assigned to the bottom region. The severing device has a cutting device () that is guided in an axially displaceable manner on the second calibrating mandrel (), forms the cutting or punching surface () and can move between the withdrawn position and the punching position independently of the movement of the respective calibrating mandrel ().

Apparatus for producing at least one container, in particular in ampule form, made of thermoplastic material

A device for filling containers includes an arrangement () for feeding filling material to at least one dosing system () forming a flow path () containing a dosing valve () that can be opened at least for the duration of the dosing processes to distribute the dosing amounts of the filling material via at least one filling line () into relevant containers. The dosing system () has an element () disposed in the flow path () downstream of the dosing valve () for selectively producing a suction effect in the flow path (). A control mechanism () activates the element () producing the suction effect. Dosing processes are completed by closing the dosing valve ().

Device for filling containers

A separating device for cutting off individual containers () from a frame network made of a plastic material, particularly of polypropylene, has at least one punching device at least partially separating the containers () from a waste frame. Because the punching device can be moved by a ball screw drive () that can be driven by a drive unit, particularly in the form of an eclectic motor (), along a punching axis () from a starting position to a punching position and back again, the separation can be done at high speed, determined by the screw shaft that can be driven by the electric motor.

An apparatus for conditioning plastic containers for putting them into use, in particular ampoules (), formed into container blocks () side by side next to separating lines () at which the containers () can be separated from one another for use. A pre-separating station () is provided, into which the container blocks () can be moved in conveying steps and in which a swinging blade () is provided for each of the separating lines (). The swinging blades () are coupled to a common drive () for a cutting stroke to produce pre-separating incisions at the separating lines () such the cutting strokes of each swinging blade () takes place in a sequence offset in time in relation to the cutting strokes of other cutting blades ().

Apparatus for conditioning plastic containers for putting the same into use

A receptacle of an elastically flexible plastic includes a dosing chamber () with a medium to be discharged. One end of the dosing chamber () has a discharge opening (). The opposite end is connected via a junction point () to a compressible receptacle part () with a gaseous propelling medium. When compressing the receptacle part (), the propelling medium forces the medium to be discharged out of the dosing chamber () via the discharge opening (). The junction point () between the dosing chamber () and the receptacle part () is a bottleneck creating a capillary effect independent of the spatial position of the receptacle preventing transfer of the medium of the dosing chamber () into the receptacle part ().

Double chamber ampoule

In a device for producing and filling containers, one tube of plastic can be extruded in an open form (). A filling device () having several individual functional channels () enables the filling material to be introduced into the container by a filling mandrel () associated with a related form (). A mandrel cover () has at least one functional space () and establishes a media-guiding connection between its functional space () and the associated functional channel () of the filling device () for cleaning and/or sterilizing and/or drying, in its functional position, and is removed from its functional position during the production and filling of the container.

Device for producing and filling containers

A process for producing thermoplastic containers () extrudes a plastic tube into opened movable mold parts (). The main mold parts () form the container main part (). The bottom parts are closed to close and weld the tube bottom end. The tube () is widened by a pressure gradient acting on it, forcing the tube against the wall of the mold parts () to form the container. The mold parts are then moved into the position to open the mold for removal of the formed container (). The container bottom is made in the form of a cup-like bottom part () axially extending into the container main part () by the bottom part being everted into the interior of the container () to form a bottom elevation ().
