Blister packs in a first and a second pick position are arranged one behind the other in a longitudinal row, which is parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the transfer unit and which extends in an area of the longitudinal center plane. The first blister pack in the first pick position is picked, moved, and placed in the first place position from above. The second blister pack in the second pick position is also picked, moved, and placed in the second place position from above. The blister packs in the first and second place positions are arranged with a lateral offset relative to the longitudinal center plane, and the blister packs in the first and second place positions are rotated 180&#xb0; around their centers in comparison to their orientation in the first and second pick positions.

Transfer unit and method for transferring blister packs

Several blister packs are picked simultaneously from pick positions, where they are arranged next to each other in a first row, moved, and placed simultaneously in several place positions. In the place positions, the blister packs are also arranged next to each other in a second row, which is parallel to the first row of the blister packs in the pick positions. The blister packs are placed in the place positions with a rotation of 180&#xb0; around their centers in comparison to their orientation in the pick positions. The second row of blister packs in the place positions is laterally offset in the direction of the second row relative to the first row of blister packs in the pick positions.

In the device and the method for transferring blister packs, two blister packs are first transferred from a stamping station to an intermediate place element and then from the intermediate place element to a single-file conveying means. The two blister packs are placed on the intermediate place element next to each other in a row on either side of a longitudinal center plane of the device. During the transfer from the intermediate storage element to the conveying means, both blister packs are picked from above from their intermediate place positions and also placed from above in the common final place position. When in the final place position, each blister pack has the same side facing up as in the corresponding intermediate place position but now with a rotation of 180&#xb0; around its center. In addition, the blister packs acquire a lateral offset from the longitudinal center plane during the transfer.

Device and method for transferring blister packs

In the method for transferring blister packs from a first and a second pick position to a common place position, the blister packs in the first and second pick positions are arranged next to each other in a row and are each outwardly offset from the longitudinal center plane of the transfer unit. Then the two blister packs are picked successively by two suction arms and placed from above in the place position, which is in the area of the longitudinal center plane. After the placing step, the blister packs in the place positions have a rotation of 180&#xb0; around their centers in comparison to their orientation in the pick positions; and in addition the blister packs acquire a lateral offset during the transfer.

Several blister packs are first transferred from a stamping station to an intermediate place element, where the blister packs are placed next to each other in a row in several intermediate place positions. Then the several blister packs in the several intermediate place positions are picked simultaneously from above, moved, and placed from above in several final place positions on a conveyor means. The blister packs in the final place positions are arranged next to each other in a row parallel to the row of blister packs in the intermediate place positions. After the blister packs have been placed in the final place positions, they have the same side facing up as in the intermediate place positions but now with a rotation of 180&#xb0; around their centers.

Two suction arms for picking up blister packs at a stamping station in a pick position and for placing the blister packs on a conveyor in a place position, wherein the suction arms are pivotable in opposite directions. Each suction arm has three segments supported pivotably around three different axes. The transfer movement of the blister packs from the pick position to the place position and back is a combination movement, which is composed at least of the pivoting movement of the three segments around the three axes. The second, middle segments are pivoted inward toward the center plane both when in the pick position and in the place position. During the pivoting movements between the pick position and the place position, the second segments are pivoted away from each other so that the suction arms can pass by each other without colliding.

Device for transferring blister packs

A device for transferring items to a transport system or to a storage unit has a feed unit for conveying a plurality of items in at least one feeding line. Further, it has a transfer station for receiving the items from the feed unit and for transferring the items to the transport system or to the storage device. The transfer station includes two temporary storage lines arranged in parallel. The items are provided by the feed unit in a manner that the items in the first temporary storage line are arranged offset from the items in the second temporary storage line. The temporary storage surfaces in the first temporary storage line have at least one flap to be opened. A pusher in the transfer station is adapted to push the items from the second temporary storage line to the first temporary storage line.

Device for transferring packaged material to a packaged material transport system or to a storage device

The device for transferring items to a transport system or to a storage unit has a feed unit for conveying a plurality of items in three parallel feeding lines. Further, is has a transfer station for receiving the items from the feed unit and for transferring the items to the transport system or to the storage device. The transfer station includes three temporary storage lines arranged in parallel. The items are provided by the feed unit in a manner that the items in each of the temporary storage lines are arranged offset from the items in the other temporary storage lines with respect to a first direction. A pusher in the transfer station pushes the items in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction to a single temporary storage line.

Device and process for transferring packaged material to a packaged material transport system or to a storage device

The device for transferring and nesting blister packs comprises a transfer device, which transfers blister packs from a first transport or storage device to a second transport or storage device arranged under the first transport or storage device. The transfer device has a receiving section, which can hold at least two blister packs and which can rotate at least 180&#xb0;. A first blister pack can be received in the receiving section of the transfer device in a receiving position; the receiving section with the first blister pack can be rotated 180&#xb0;; and finally a second blister pack can be received in the receiving section in the receiving position and placed onto the first, rotated blister pack.

Device for transferring and nesting blister packs

A device for automatically controlling the edges of a web of sheeting has a first deflecting roller and a second deflecting roller, which are arranged parallel to each other, and also a drive for shifting the deflecting rollers in opposite axial directions. A sensor detects the position of the sheeting. The drive shifts the deflecting rollers in opposite axial directions and the ratio between the friction of the sheeting on the first deflecting roller and the friction of the sheeting on the second deflecting roller is changed on the basis of the position of the sheeting detected by the sensor.
