A system for the generation of energy includes a further chain of units coupled with a gas turbine plant and at least one compressor consuming mechanical energy and/or at least one generator generating electrical energy. The further chain of units comprises a closed circuit having a work fluid and at least one heat exchanger, at least one expander for expanding the work fluid and for subsequently obtaining mechanical energy for the compressor and/or generator, at least one condenser for condensing the expanded work medium, and at least one pump for conveying the work fluid. The coupling of the gas turbine plant to the further chain of units is carried out by means of the heat exchanger which is fed with heat by means of the compressor air of the compressor and starts the closed circuit through the work fluid.

System for the generation of mechanical and/or electrical energy

A power plant has a coal gasification device for gasifying coal, particularly with water injection, a gas combustion device, particularly a CES burner, for combusting synthesis gas, particularly purified synthesis gas, from the coal gasification device, a hot gas expander for generating usable output power by expansion of flue gas from the gas combustion device, a steam generator, particularly a waste heat steam generator, for heating, particularly for evaporating and/or superheating, feedwater through exhaust heat of the expanded flue gas, a steam turbine set with at least a first stage for expanding steam, particularly high-pressure steam, from the steam generator, and a reheater which is arranged after the first stage of the steam turbine set and through which expanded flue gas flows. In this power plant, the cold rail of the reheater is throttled by a throttle device for constant pressure operation on the high-pressure side, and the steam parameters for the cold reheater rail are achieved by a conditioning valve for sliding pressure operation on the high-pressure side.

The invention relates to a steam generation plant, comprising a steam generator () with a combustion chamber (), an evaporator, a superheater (), an intermediate superheater (), a condenser (), a feed water preheater (') regeneratively heated by steam, a steam turbine set () with a high-pressure section (), a medium pressure section () and a low-pressure section (), a flue gas line (), connected to the combustion chamber (), an air supply line (), for the supply of combustion air to the burner in the combustion chamber () and an air preheater () with flue gas and combustion air passing therethrough. An air line () branches off from the air supply line () downstream of the air preheater () in said steam generation plant and supplies an air-fractionation unit (). Air coolers () are arranged in the air line () through which the condensate or feed water from the condensate/feed water circuit from the steam generator () flows. The oxygen output from the air fractionation unit () is connected to the burner of the combustion chamber () by means of an oxygen line ().

Steam generation plant and method for operation and retrofitting of a steam generation plant

An intercooler () is provided with heat exchanger surfaces () and is arranged in the gas stream between two compressors () or two compressor stage groups for compressing a gas. An aftercooler () is also provided with heat exchanger surfaces () and is arranged after the second compressor (). To utilize the waste heat generated in the coolers (), the heat exchanger surfaces () of the intercooler () and of the aftercooler () are integrated in a steam generator () in such a way that the heat exchanger surfaces are connected with the feedwater pump () of the steam generator ().

Device for utilizing the waste heat of compressors

A combination power plant is provided with a gas turbine (,) with generator (,) and with steam generators (,) for a steam turbine (,) with generator (,), wherein the exhaust gas of the gas turbine (,) is fed to a first waste heat boiler (,) with superheaters (,), economizer (,), HP evaporator (,) and auxiliary burner (,), and flue gases of a thermal conversion unit are fed to a second waste heat boiler (,). A high-pressure (HP) evaporator (,) with a supporting tube system (,) and HP steam collecting drum (,), on the one hand, and a low-pressure (LP) evaporator (,) with a supporting tube system (,) and LP steam collecting drum (,), on the other hand, are arranged in the second waste heat boiler (,), through which flue gases flow. The P evaporator (,) is connected via a steam line (,) to the first (,) and second HP steam superheaters (,) arranged in the first waste heat boiler (,). An HP steam collecting drum (,) with surface cooler (,) is arranged upstream of the two HP steam superheaters (,). The HP steam superheater (,) is connected to the steam turbine (,) via an HP steam line (,) and the LP evaporator (,) &lsqb;is connected to the steam turbine (,)&rsqb; via an LP steam line (,).
