A press connection system for non-releasably connecting a fitting to a pipe, with a press jaw, with a press contour formed on the inside of the press jaw. The press contour has a cylindrical press section, with a fitting, with a fitting base body and a press sleeve forming a press chamber. A sealing ring is arranged at the proximal end of the press chamber relative to the fitting base body and a cutting ring is arranged at the distal end of the press chamber relative to the fitting base body. The cutting ring has a central cylindrical section and cutting elements arranged at the distal end and cutting elements arranged at the proximal end. Also a swaged fitting.

Press connection system for the non-releasable connection of a fitting and fitting

A fitting for a sealing, non-releasable pipe connection, including a main fitting body for accommodating at least one pipe which is to be connected, and at least one pressing sleeve. The main fitting body and the pressing sleeve have pressing surfaces, which are assigned to one another. The main fitting body has a pressing surface which, in the installed state, is directed towards the pipe which is to be connected, and is assigned to a peripheral region of the main fitting body. The pressing surfaces assigned to one another on the main fitting body and on the pressing sleeve are formed such that the action of pushing the pressing sleeve axially onto the main fitting body gives rise to the peripheral region of the main fitting body being narrowed radially.

Fitting with a coating, pipeline system and use of the fitting or of the pipeline system

A press fitting, including a tubular component and an end portion of the tubular component which can be compressed to make a connection. The end portion has an opening to receive a tube and a first region having an annular ridge to receive a sealing ring. A second region is arranged on the side of the ridge adjacent the opening and a third region is arranged on the side of the ridge remote from the opening. The overall wall thickness of the press fitting in the second region is increased at least in a section or sections in comparison with the wall thickness of the tubular component in the third region.

Press fitting and use thereof

The invention relates to a device for the partial removal of coating from pipes, in particular from metal pipes, having a base body, an accommodation area for a pipe formed on the base body, at least two supporting means for supporting the pipe arranged on a first side of the accommodation area, and a scraper head arranged on an opposite side of the accommodation area, wherein the scraper head has two prismatic scraper edges. The invention furthermore relates to the use of a device according to the invention for the at least partial removal of coating from pipes.
