A hardware system, for a vehicle seat, includes a fitting () having a first fitting part () and a second fitting part (), which can be locked to one another and can rotate in relation to one another about an axis (A), a transmission rod () and a hand lever (), the actuation of which rotates the transmission rod (). The fitting is unlocked via a rotation of the transmission rod against a total characteristic torque (M), produced from a sum of a first characteristic torque (M), generated by a spring assembly (), and a second characteristic torque (M), generated by spiral springs (). A first component () is rotationally fixed to the transmission rod and a second component () moves relative thereto during unlocking. The spiral springs () act between the first component () and the second component (). A vehicle seat is provided having the hardware system.

Hardware system for a vehicle seat

A vehicle seat double fitting () includes two fittings () operatively connected to each other and each with a first fitting part () and a second fitting part () that are rotatable relative to one another around an axis (A) and are in geared connection or locked to one another. An adapter part () is connected to one of the first fitting parts () or the second fitting parts () and a second adapter part () is connected to other of the first fitting parts () or the second fitting parts (). Exactly one adapter part () is fixedly connected to a structural part () of the vehicle seat and the other of the two adapter parts () is limitedly moveable or rotatable around the axis (A), relative to the structural part () and the adapter part () fixedly connectable to the structural part ().

Double fitting for a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat

A fitting system for a vehicle seat having a fitting (), which has a first fitting part () and a second fitting part (), which fitting parts can be locked to one another and can be rotated relative to one another about an axis (A). A transmission rod () rotates during an unlocking process to unlock the fitting () against the torque and follows a characteristic curve (M) generated by a spring arrangement (). A hand lever () initiates the unlocking process, the actuation of which rotates the transmission rod (). A shaped spring () is active between a first component () and a second component () which rotate, relative to one another during the unlocking process. The torque generated by the shaped spring follows a non-linear characteristic curve (M) which, together with the approximately linear characteristic curve (M) of the spring arrangement (), produces an overall characteristic curve (M).

Fitting system for a vehicle seat

A fitting (), in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a first fitting part (), on which a gear rim () is formed and a second fitting part () on which a gearwheel () is formed. The gearwheel meshes with the gear rim (), whereby the two fitting parts () are in geared connection with each other. The fitting also has a rotatably mounted, revolving eccentric driven by a driving element for driving a relative rolling motion of gearwheel () and gear rim (). During this rolling motion a tooth flank () of a tooth () of the gearwheel () rests against a tooth flank () of a tooth () of the gear rim () at a contact point (K). The tooth flanks () of the teeth () of the gearwheel () and gear rim () resting against each other at the contact point (K) each follow the course of a portion of a respective logarithmic spiral.

Fitting for a vehicle seat

In a drive device for a vehicle seat (), having a frame () which belongs to the vehicle seat (), an output (,) which belongs to the vehicle seat (), is hinged to the frame () and is pivotable relative to the latter about an axis (A), and a geared fitting (), the two fitting parts (,) of which perform a relative rotational movement with superposed tumbling movement in a drive situation. One fitting part () acts on the output (,) and the other fitting part () is supported on the frame (). A transmission element () is provided between the fitting part () which acts on the output (,) and the output (,). The transmission element () is torsionally rigid in the circumferential direction of the axis (A) and simultaneously flexible in the radial direction of the axis (A).

Drive device

An adjuster for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, includes a drive, a gear stage () driven by the drive. The gear stage () includes a drive wheel () rotatable about a first rotational axis (A) and drive teeth () and a driven wheel () rotatable about a second rotational axis (A) and including driven teeth (). Driven wheel () meshes with the drive wheel () with a fluctuating gear ratio and at least one load bearing gear driven by the gear stage, in particular a geared fitting. The fitting parts thereof performing a relative rotation with a superimposed wobble motion. At least two drive teeth () and/or at least two driven teeth () in the circumferential direction of the associated rotational axis (A, A) have different dimensions and/or different spacings from the adjacent teeth, and/or in the axial direction of the associated rotational axis (A, A), different dimensions and/or different axial positions.

Adjuster for a vehicle seat

A gear stage (), in particular of a vehicle seat (), is embodied as a friction wheel gear stage. The gear stage includes a housing (), a drive (), an output () that is set off from the drive () by an excentricity (e) and at least one sphere () or another rolling body for the transmission of force between the drive () and the output (). The position of the excentricity (e) relative to the housing () is arranged in a spatially fixed manner.

Gear stage

A gear step () for an actuator in a motor vehicle, in particular for a vehicle seat, comprises a housing () provided with a drive () mounted thereon in such a way that it is rotatable around an axis (A), and a driven output () rotatable about a second axis (B) differing from the axes (A). The drive () is used for receiving the driven output () by way of at least one rolling body (), so that the axes (A, B) are parallelly offset by an eccentricity (E) and the driven output is driven by rotating the thus obtained rolling eccentricity, wherein the driven output () carries out a tumbling rolling movement on the housing () by way of a friction oscillating gear ().

In an adjuster () for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having at least two components () forming a load-bearing gear, which are movable relative to each other by way of a drive unit (), wherein the drive unit () has a particularly electronically commutated motor () and a gear stage (), the drive unit () is integrated into the load-bearing gear, and the motor () has at least one rotor () borne in the load-bearing gear and rotating around an axis (A).

In a drive unit () of an adjuster () in a vehicle, having at least one particularly electronically commutated motor () and at least one gear stage () provided on the output side of the motor (), the gear stage () is designed as a differential gear, which by making use of two different speeds and/or directions of rotation causes a movement of an output () around an axis (A).

Drive unit of an adjuster in a vehicle

A gear stage () for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, has a driving shaft () and a driven shaft (). The gear stage () reduces the rotational speed of the driving shaft () to a lower rotational speed of the driven shaft (). The gear stage () comprises at least one row () of transmission balls upon which tangentially lie at least one, and in particular two driving surfaces () of the driving shaft (), at least one driven surface () of the driven shaft () and at least one housing surface () of a housing ().

Gear stage for a vehicle seat

In a drive unit () of an adjuster () of a vehicle seat, in particular of a motor vehicle seat, having at least an electronically commutated motor () and a gear stage () provided on the output side of the motor (), wherein the motor () has a stator () and at least one rotor () rotating around an axis (A) and interacting magnetically with the stator (), two rotors () are provided which rotate in different directions, wherein the gear stage () bears directly at least one rotor ().

Drive unit of an adjuster of a vehicle seat

In a drive unit () of an adjuster () of a vehicle seat, in particular of a motor vehicle seat, having at least one particularly electronically commutated motor () and at least one gear stage () provided on the output side of the motor (), the gear stage () is designed as a differential gear, which by making use of two different speeds and/or directions of rotation causes a movement of an output () around an axis (A).

In a drive unit () for vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having at least one motor () and at least one gear stage () provided on the output side of the motor (), the gear stage () is designed as a switch gear, so that two different directions of rotation of the output () can be provided/selected between, while retaining one sole permanent direction of rotation of the motor ().
